Advertised as ski-in/ski-out though it’s not as you have to carry your skis down 2 flights of stairs, across a road then down 2 more flights of stairs. If you have to cross a road it’s not ski-in/ski-out. Very nice views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

Unfortunately this winter was not the winter for snow. The ski in option was not an option. The ski out required walking down 3 flights of stairs across a street through another condo’s walkway to grass which brought you to a trail to the base. Since the ski in option didn’t have snow the same path for ski out is what you need to do for ski in. The unit was clean, upon arrival the Roku for the master bedroom had not been hooked up and when we looked for a frying pan couldn’t find one. Contacted the property manager and they sent a tech to set up the Roku and house keeping dropped off a new frying pan. The property manager was very attentive. The location of the condo allowed for easy access to the ski area, however this unit does not have a dedicated shuttle so if you want to get to the town of steamboat, you’ll need a car or uber or walk to the stop for the city bus. The view off the deck is looking up the ski hill which is nice. The complex is an older property requiring the use of keys. 2 keys for the unit. Which requires some coordination of returning to the unit. A key is necessary to get in the back and front entrance of the complex.
