OCE106B - This immaculate 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style duplex is handicap accessible and located on the beach block of the North end of the boardwalk. Inlet and dining attractions also nearby! 2 car parking, patio area, many new updates and a great value so do not delay! Pets considered on case by case basis. Handicap Accessible. Beach badges included. 1st Floor is open concept, fully stocked kitchen with peninsula seating, dining, living room. 1 bedroom with Queen bed and half bath (or can be utilized as a handicap shower). 2nd floor is 1 queen bedroom and other BR is 2 twins. Full bath with tub/shower and laundry on this level.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Point Pleasant Memorial Day Week Getaway

The property was very well located. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Beach badges provided. Off-street parking. The home itself was clean and well appointed—we didn’t need to bring anything. We had a lovely stay!Two suggestions for improved information communication: 1) The listing did not state that all bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels were provided and the information emailed by the broker and shown on their website varied as to what was stated we had to bring—it was only when I called the office for clarification that I learned that everything was actually provided. Also it was not clear which garbage and recycling bins belonged to our unit versus the other unit and the offices at the same location—the bins weren’t labeled, so we didn’t know which ones we were supposed to use and were responsible for putting out for collection. But again, the property itself was great and the location perfect!

Overall a great place with amazing location

We are a family of 5 with kids from 17, to 8 with 2 dogs. We loved the location, and overall a clean, well stocked, updated property. Not a lot of seating for the living space, just a small loveseat but this wasn't a big issue as we didn't spend a ton of time inside. The outdoor area was great with a Weber grill and a very nice seating area to enjoy the ocean air. We would definitely stay again. Just an FYI, the 2 beds are full/doubles, not queen as the listing says.

Point Pleasant Paridise

Location was amazing— about 5 houses from boardwalk and beach, and within walking distance to several good restaurants and Jenks beach bar and grill. Quiet north end of town. House was clean and comfortable. Overall, wonderful stay.
