Welcome to Longboat Key - paradise awaits! Large newly renovated, spacious and bright 2 bed/2.5 bath 3 story townhome with picturesque sunset views and privacy. Located in the Cedars East Tennis Resort Community, complete with a heated Olympic sized pool. Renters have access to clay tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center and enjoy free WIFI in unit. Short walk to Longboat Key's famous white sand beaches, Harry's Restaurant, Joan Durante Nature Trail, Lazy Lobster and Blue Dolphin Breakfast Place. Short drive to world famous shopping and restaurants in St. Armand's Circle as well as world famous IMG Academy.

We have been staying at Cedars for many years but this was the first time staying in this unit (and in the back section). It was great. Nice & quiet. Played tennis everyday and used the pool almost everyday. Townhome has everything you need. Owners were easy to communicate with.

The unit was clean but not well supplied. No towels in half bath, liquid hand soap very diluted, no bar soap in showers. Not ideal for seniors to carry luggage up two flight of stairs.The location was ideal and the check-in was easy.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean. Parking was good, you did need to drive to the pool unless you wanted to walk, but it was hot to walk. I enjoyed my stay! Caroline and her husband always responded to me when I contacted them.

Great place to stay!

Our stay at this townhome was nothing short of delightful. Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. The home itself was immaculately clean, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances that made cooking feel effortless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep each night, and the strong internet and Wi-Fi made staying connected smooth and hassle-free. We were also impressed by the responsive and thoughtful owners—any needs we had were addressed promptly.Climate control was spot-on, keeping us cool and comfortable indoors. One of our favorite features was the private back balcony, a serene spot to enjoy a morning coffee or quiet evening. The shower had excellent pressure, and there was always plenty of hot water. Parking was a breeze thanks to the secure garage, giving us peace of mind about our vehicle.Location-wise, the townhome was perfect—just a short drive to a Publix grocery store and close to two fantastic fishing spots: New Pass and Longboat Key Pass. These added a touch of adventure to our peaceful stay.We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway.

Close to beach, convenient to restaurants

We enjoyed our beach getaway. The property was clean and accurately described. Vacationing with friends who own a condo nearby, so location was perfect. Caroline was super responsive and helpful.

Relaxing beach getaway

We loved our stay at Caroline’s listing!! It was super clean, she was incredibly communicative and it was convenient to everything we wanted to do! I would highly recommend renting with Caroline - thank you guys again for helping us make lasting memories! We will definitely be back!

Nice option on Longboat Key

This condo was very comfortable for 2 couples. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to a private tennis club with clay courts and fitness center and is close to beach access and a few very good restaurants in a strip mall just down the street. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and the home has been well stocked, including all the kitchen tools you will need. The shared living room area is tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths (one is ensuite) and it is is very convenient to have a clothes washer and dryer on the same upstairs area. The only caution is that if stairs are an issue for you, this property may not be suitable because it has stairs to its main living area from the front door and then more stairs to the bedrooms above it.

I was looking for a quiet place where I could work and entertain my extended family who were staying nearby. This was the perfect place. It's so serene and peaceful, and also very convenient to all of Longboat Key.

We really enjoyed our stay! My daughters loved the porch and “listening to nature” because it was so private on the porch. It was safe, easy to fine, and spacious. We had a great vacation.

Great Location/Tennis/Pool/Beach Bike!

Townhouse is beautiful in an amazingly quiet friendly neighborhood. Wonderful tennis facility, olympic pool, bike friendly, with fishing pier over the bay and Gulf of Mexico beach access nearby. Unit was so well stocked with things like Kleenex and paper towels, etc. Owners super responsive and answered immediately any questions. Highly recommend and we definitely plan on coming back!
