The host and owners were very accommodating very quiet place to stay water was surprisingly warm beach’s were very clean just cross the street from the condo and 30 seconds you’re on the beach. Condo was very clean quiet and comfortable we really enjoyed our staySteve and Tammy

Great stay

Spacious condo with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable beds, proximity to the beach, ample beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was fantastic responding to all our needs. Look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful Longboat Key

We had a wonderful time at this really nice condo on Longboat Key. We were generously welcomed with a delicious bottle of wine and some nice snacks. When we arrived they even had the TV set to the weather channel so we were already connected. The location is fantastic and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we might have had. We would love to stay there again.

Excellent Property

Great location on the less crowded part of Longboat Key. Easy access to four great beaches and good restaurants, we particularly liked Whitney's which was just up the road. The property was very clean and spacious and everything worked well. The pool at the complex was excellent. We liked it so much we have booked for 2025!

Perfect low-key vacation!

We had never been to this area of Florida before...so we were not sure if we were missing out by not staying in Anna Maria Island. We got so lucky! This property has been nicely updated inside. Everything about the place was really well done. The pictures really don't capture how nice it is. Kathleen was easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any question.

February in Florida

We spent two delightful weeks in Longboat Key.We typically stay closer to St Armands and were delighted to find so many great food options close by the property. Harry's complex of store, restaurant and deli are all great, Solorzano's had great pizza, Whitneys is delightful in addition to favorites Shore and Euphemia Haye. The house is very comfortable, the beds and linens super and the sun dappled porch is a great place to kick back. The community pool is olympic sized and heated and there is easy access to the beach. What's not to like.

Everything You Need

This was out 2nd year at the property, it is just as described and what you see in the pictures. Very convenient location in the complex. We have friends who live in the complex and 3 other couplies renting other units. Everyone loved ours, it's clean, easy and nicely decorated. Kathleen was very responsive to answer questions, although we knew out way around. Cedars East is terrific - restaurant onsite, pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts. This unit does not include tennis privileges, it is a separate cost. We love Longboat Key - beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, gold, biking, fishing, nice vibe and nice people. Highly recommend.

Very nice townhome for family vacation

We are a family of 4 with two school age children. The property was very nicely furnished, spacious, comfortable beds, and decent water pressure. The only things in the kitchen we missed were a cookie sheet or pizza pan and a pizza wheel. They had everything you would need for a full day at the beach including Sun ninja shade, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, and cooler. The walk to the beach was very short. The power flickered quite often while we were there, but we noticed a lot of electrical work being done in the area we assume as a result of the hurricane last fall. We never lost power. We loved the pool! The Cedars East community was very peaceful. We did not use the fitness center or tennis courts.The only negative we found were bugs. Seemed like some kind of swarmer that were around the windows in the kitchen and main bedroom as well as the sliding doors to the patio. Never saw them anywhere else. Not sure if this was a seasonal thing as I’m not familiar with Florida bugs. But they never bothered us or our food. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!
