THE SPACE:
This adorable bungalow has been completely remodeled, furnished, and stocked with everything your group needs for an amazing stay.
Upstairs:
BEDROOM 1: King Bedroom, (largest with great closet and TV) You will find a portable Pack-N-Play travel crib in the closet here too if needed. Bring your own bedding as you see fit for your child and please make sure to store it away properly after use before departure. There is also a full-length mirror in this bedroom.
BEDROOM 2: Two Twin beds with adjacent full bath.
COOKING: Gorgeous Galley kitchen and dining nook! Stainless Appliances Gas stove top, Stocked kitchen with Rice Cooker, blender, pots and pans, and more (you are expected to clean up after yourself when you cook)
DINING TOGETHER: Large dining table and open well-lit living room with character and charm right off the living room filled with natural light and great seating area. Large TV over the Fireplace mantle.
Downstairs:
Sitting/reading area off the smaller size ping pong table game room.
Paddles and ping pong ball provided! (Not for BEER PONG PLEASE :)
Hallway leads to laundry room with nice washer and dryer, then to a 3/4 bath all remodeled with good size shower.
Two more bedrooms on the down here and they connect with a lockout door.
BEDROOM 3: Adorable Queen Bed with closet.
BEDROOM 4: Two Twins and a closet with a door to go to either the hallway/bath or another door connecting to the Queen Bedroom.
FRONT PORCH: AMAZINGLY ADORABLE PLACE TO SIT and enjoy your coffee under this covered porch.
DRIVEWAY: PLEASE PARK YOU VEHICLES OFF STREET as to assist the full time neighbors with the most pleasant experience and to not be frustrated with an abundance of new cars to avoid when coming and going. The driveway is deep enough for 3 standard size vehicles to be parked off street (single file).
BACK YARD: We have lots of dirt back there now and seeds are planted to grow sod. For now, there is no lawn back there, but no worries...
Walk 40 seconds or so to your east on our street and you are at the gorgeous FAIRMONT PARK! Boasting many acres of open grass fields, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, playgrounds, a fishing pond (stocked), Skateboard park, and even an indoor swimming pool at the Fairmont Aquatic Center (with a lazy river and indoor water slide). There's something for everyone here!
Guest access
This single-family home is not an apartment and is not a townhouse and is not a condo but is an entire bungalow with front and backyard and driveway that is all for you to use. You are not sharing the space with anyone.
Other things to note
We love sharing the space with people coming into town and we want you to know that we have put a lot of heart and soul into remodeling this home. We would appreciate you taking care of this space as if it were your own.
This is a family neighborhood and we don’t allow parties or gatherings larger than 8 people. We must be respectful of our neighbors.
HOUSE RULES:
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 8 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay over night as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 8 doesn’t mean that all 8 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fee’s after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially
3) This is a self checkin property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Vrbo through the house manual or checkin guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and checkin guide here on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fee's: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in good will with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Vrbo or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are after 10pm. to 8AM.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.
8) you agree to cleanup after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use, load dish washer etc.
9) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent.
10Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. Host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration at least at a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
11. PARKING- Please park on the driveway or in front of the house if absolutely necessary.
12. Cameras- We have one at the front covering the entire front property. The record video and audio. Of course there are no camera inside any private areas.
13. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
