¡NUEVO y reservable desde febrero de 2020!

Actualmente estamos equipando la villa con nuevos muebles de alta calidad. Las imágenes se activan inmediatamente después de la finalización.

El moderno Villa Destiny se encuentra en un canal más amplio con acceso al golf en el hermoso suroeste de Cape Coral.

Disfrute de unas vacaciones inolvidables con gran confort en esta espaciosa villa.

El salón te invita a relajarte. Un televisor de 65 pulgadas y un Apple TV están disponibles para el entretenimiento. Para los fanáticos de la música, hemos instalado el sistema de altavoces de Sonos (altavoz WLAN).

La cocina, con el área de comedor contigua, es espaciosa y ofrece mucho espacio para cocinar. Tiene un equipo muy bueno que incluye nuevos dispositivos de acero inoxidable y una máquina Nespresso (traiga cápsulas).

El dormitorio principal, con acceso directo a la piscina, tiene un baño contiguo con bañera, una gran ducha a ras de suelo de dos lados y un tocador doble. Un vestidor ofrece suficiente espacio para su ropa, zapatos y otras cosas.
El 2do El dormitorio también tiene su propio acceso a la piscina a través de una puerta corrediza de vidrio. El baño está justo al lado. 3 y 4 Las habitaciones están justo al lado y tienen otro baño.

El área de la piscina es espaciosa. Aquí encontrará tumbonas para relajarse y disfrutar del sol de Florida durante mucho tiempo debido a la piscina orientada al sur. Una bañera de hidromasaje también está disponible para usted.
La piscina de agua salada se opera con un sistema de sal, lo que hace que el agua sea muy agradable y suave para la piel. En principio, es una piscina de agua dulce sin cloro. Se garantiza que ya no tendrá ojos irritados.

Se recomienda alquilar un barco! En Florida, no se requiere licencia de barco y el barco que alquilamos está ubicado directamente en su muelle interno. B. las playas de Sanibel y Captiva! Great Stay

This property is in a great neighborhood, very peaceful. The pool and hot tub are amazing and my boys loved the big tub in the master. Check in was easy and everything is written out in a nice welcoming binder along with local recommendations. We loved watching the wildlife and fishing in the canal and meals by the pool. The property is clean and communication with management was pleasant and easy!

Beautiful Cape Coral stay

This beautiful home has everything we needed and it is close to all amenities. We loved driving to all the beaches and then relaxing poolside afterwards. Everything was clean and well cared for. You can’t go wrong booking here!

Perfect for Us!

The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, lots of room in the kitchen, laundry facilities were great. We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed lounging on the lanai. Property managers were quick to respond to needs and very friendly. We stayed for three weeks. Great place!

Beautiful property - exactly as described - we had amazing weather and enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi every single day - kitchen equipped with everything needed. Beds are very comfortable. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen, nice beds and bedding, plenty of towels, sonos speakers in several rooms and plenty of pool toys and beach accessories! The property owners were amazing and came by to show us how to work the hot tub and answer any questions we had regarding our stay. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful home on canal

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. All though the area was still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, our place was untouched and neighborhood quiet. We saw 10 burrowing owls every day on our walks around the area- a real treat! The pool/hot tub were perfect although a little difficult to operate- updated instructions in the guest book would have been helpful as well as instructions for the TV - overall a wonderful month long stay .

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Destiny. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in and with quality items, no Dollar Store stuff. The only thing I thought was missing was a garbage disposal, seemed odd for a modern house. Also provided several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. Loved it!!!

Beautiful home for vacation

This house was lovely. And the location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and the views on the canal were beautiful. The house was clean and uncluttered. The home has all high toilets, so if you have someone with mobility issues, this might be a plus. The property mgrs were very responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we could possibly complain about is that the second king bedroom has large sliding doors and no screen. It is not within the pool screen either. We would have loved to have had a screen in that room. Overall, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property management team was aggressive insisting on coming onsite upon our arrival and again at departure. That has not been my experience with other property management companies. I rented a property that sleeps 9 for my family of 7. The property owner accused me of having too many people at the property and harassed me throughout our stay to pay more. The property owner canceled our original stay and changed the dates of my reservation. VRBO validated this was a violation of our agreement. The pool was dirty and full of bugs upon arrival. It was cleaned after I complained to the property management team. After coming home the property owner charged us an addition 300 for electric. I would not recommend renting from this property owner.

Hi Kamrin, Thank you for your feedback, but let me explain how it really was. The management team came to check in and explain how to use the house, pool / hot tub, air conditioning, sound system, etc. No one was aggressive. An appointment was made with you over the phone, and that was it. You made a booking for 2 people but then arrived with 7. So the booking was not valid and the mistake was yours. Even VRBO wrote to you saying that it was a breach of the rental agreement and that you would have to leave the house if the booking was not adjusted. Yes, electricity is charged separately, but you confirmed this when you made the booking because it is part of our house rules. It's a shame to read that your vacation didn't go as you wanted it to, but if you had booked correctly, we wouldn't have had all these problems afterwards and you would have given us a 5-star rating, as more than 30 guests before you have done.

Beautiful Home

The home in general was beautiful and very clean. It was a very spacious and modern villa. We had some issues with the spa. Initially upon or arrival the heat for the pool and spa did not work. We arrived on Friday and the heat for the pool and spa did not work until Wednesday afternoon which left us just two days to enjoy the spa. Once everything worked properly the it was a very enjoyable vacation. The property manager was very good and did her best to. get it fixed. When we arrived the screen covering the pool was damaged. The property manager corrected that problem by Sunday afternoon.

Hello Anthony, thank you for your feedback. Sorry you had some problems during your stay, but like you mentioned we worked hard on it to get it fixed. The screen panel was fixed within one day during the weekend. The heater was a bigger issue and took 3 days. We compensate you for that problem but understand it is not making the problem go away. We hope we can host you again in the future.

Renter Beware

Construction is going on next door to this property. A dock was being built while we were there. For four full days, the noises from cranes, saws, and generators, not to mention workers’ radios and men shouting, dominated our experience at this house. The work began most mornings at 6:45 am and continued until 4:30 pm. We could not hear each other talk when we were sitting outside during the day. We contacted the property managers (owners?) and we were met with indifference. The managers/owners knew the construction of the dock started a week before we arrived and failed to communicate anything to us. When you rent a home with a pool and a hot tub and a view of the water, you expect to be able to enjoy these elements. Only on our final day did we experience how nice it could have been. Advance communication along with some planning, accommodation and effort could have dramatically helped our soured attitudes toward this house and their rental group, CoralVilla. Renter beware - now that the dock is close to completion, construction on a house will be next.

Hello Jean, thank you for the review. We absolutely understand that noise on the pool deck is very disturbing on vacation. However, since it was on the neighbor's property, our hands are unfortunately tied and we only learned about it on Thursday when the crew started and you arrived on Saturday.

We enjoyed our week stay at this property. Check-in and check-out went smoothly And the property managers were friendly and helpful. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. Beautiful modern house in Cape Coral

We have rented vacation homes for many years, and this house was one of the best! First, and most importantly, it was VERY clean, and I'm pretty picky about things like baseboards and floors. Next, the decor was beautiful, the layout was great, the beds were comfy, and this was just an overall great rental. Other things we loved about this rental were the awesome outdoor space with an awesome pool and spa, the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the excellent communication with the property manager. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next year.

Wonderful home

This is exactly what you see in the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable home and property. Pool was spotlessly maintained and house was clearly labeled for ease -light switches, spa controls etc. it’s a beautiful quiet relaxing spot and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Owners live close and are easy to work with.
