Amazing panoramic ocean views and just steps to the sand! The Sandpiper Condo has a private oceanfront pool for guests to enjoy. This unit faces southeast with lots of natural light. You'll enjoy sunrises in the morning and then warm sun all day on the balcony, even in the winter!

This cozy condo is nicely furnished and fully equipped for your beach stay - beach chairs and beach towels provided - nicely appointed kitchen - comfortable beds and soft sheets - just bring your sunscreen and flip flops and enjoy your stay!

The Sandpiper is the perfect destination for your family summer Vacation, your TPC stay, the best seats for 4th of July or the Blue Angels are right here, or simply reserve as a lovely guest house when family is in town. Perfect for a peaceful medical stay - very close to MAYO Clinic. We LOVE the snow-birds too. Ask about long-term stays.

Truly a gem! We enjoyed the condo and this area immensely. We had everything we needed. The place is so immaculately clean and Amy is wonderful to work with. Places like downtown Jacksonville and St Augustine are close, within an hour drive! The pool is clean and typically not super busy. There is an option of an elevator for those worried about stairs. Overall, great stay and we would consider staying again if we come back to Jacksonville Beach!

This is a lovely condo -- nicely decorated and super comfortable. NOTHING went wrong. The view is fantastic, and the host responded immediately. Even when I needed to change the dates of our trip, it was no problem. I love the location of the building. Good Thai food and coffee shops within walking distance. The beach is also nice here. Our vacations was perfect.

It was more then I expected. Grade view and quick beach access. Had a full kitchen with all the pots,pans,dishes and cups you'll need. All in all an a experience. Won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay. Layout and convenience was great for our family of 3, and the condo was well-stocked. Location was perfect, with easy beach access and gorgeous view of the beach and sunrise from the condo.

Husband and I came in for surgery at Mayo Clinic. The place was perfect for the two of us. From the first initial inquiry until the night we left, Amy (host) was AMAZING!! Quick communication and went above and beyond to allow us to check in early since we woke up at 4am to drive to one of many pre-op appointments before surgery. Although we didn’t use much, the place was very well equipped in kitchen, all linens and books galore. Also had 4 beach towels and also has a small locker of beach stuff like chairs and what not. Unfortunately, we weren’t there to “beach it up” so we never used or saw locker. But the balcony facing the ocean was VERY nice to enjoy morning coffee, late evening drinks etc. It was also great post day surgery to just unwind, breathe a sigh of relief and relax. She left us a very sweet welcome note with Starbucks coffee pods, a delish chocolate bar and peanut butter Kind bars (my fave!)Very safe area with tons of restaurant and shopping options. Only potential cons for travelers especially if two couples or traveling w kiddos: two queen size beds that only have a sliding door to separate. No master bedroom per se. And of course, one bathroom. The pool area is not great by any means so don’t expect much from that but hey, you’re at the beach! You can tell the condo complex itself is older but do not let that detour you! We loved it despite the reason we were there and would def return if just the two of us - primarily bc of Amy herself!!

Better than a hotel with a kitchen and parking spot. Great beach view, steps from the beach, and a nice pool on the property to swim. Amy was very responsive. We will add this to our list to stay again.

Wonderful Location in Jax Beach!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. The beach is big here and it wasn't crowded. The condo was very clean and had lots of extras to make our stay comfortable!

Great beach week

The property was clean and had a nice beach view, and easy access to the beach. We were pleased with the extras provided by the owner, including beach towels and chairs, extra pillows and towels, nice living room furniture, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and ceiling fans in every room. We were very comfortable, and fortunate that the weather was very nice during our stay, too.

Great location for beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful week at Jax Beach. The condo has a great location for the beach as well as restaurants & sightseeing. The only downside to our visit was the road construction happening in front of the condo, which was totally outside of the owner's control.

Sun and fun on the beach.

Amy was very nice to answer any questions regarding the check in process. I was very happy to see how clean the rental was. It was well supplied with many coffee brewing options and kitchen essentials for our vacation. Overall, excellent! I will book again.

Perfect Getaway

We just spent an amazing week at the Sandpiper! Our host, Amy, was awesome and her property could not have been nicer. We had everything we needed plus some! The kitchen was well stocked, the decor was so nice, the stackable washer and dryer in the unit was a much appreciated plus, enjoyed the pool, the beach access was very easy, and the balcony was spectacular. I think we could have just sat there and enjoyed the ocean view and people watching and never moved! Thank you, Amy, for a wonderful vacation spot! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Perfect size for myself & 2 teenagers. Just steps to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Amy was prompt in answering a couple questions I had. Would stay again if we get back to Jax beach!

Beach life

Had a great time with the beach just a few steps away. Only negative was construction going on by the city right outside the condo. Not the owners fault!
