🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.
• Up to 3 dogs
• $150 per pet fee
• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted

💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).

📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
