Step outside to your private backyard oasis, featuring a heated saltwater pool, al fresco dining areas, and a gas grill with propane provided. Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

A POOL SAFETY FENCE is available and must be requested before check-in.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away. The backyard and pool area were the highlight—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Luxury with a chill vibe

We enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a luxurious place with fun beach vibes Surf Lux is it! Every detail has been thought through to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is prime for all things JAX beach. Highly recommend for friends get away or family vacation. The check in and check out process was super easy too.

The perfect house to enjoy our family get together!

This house had everything we could have needed for our family reunion. The heated pool out back surrounded by lush vegetation made it feel other worldly. We had the perfect yard and patio set up where we put up a projector and enjoyed family photos on the big screen at night with really cool outdoor lighting in and out of the heated pool. Inside we had all the space we could have ever needed in which our family could host a dinner in the kitchen and living room at the same time while enjoying the game on tv. 5 blocks to the beach was a piece of cake walk with our beach equipment that the house also offered up for us to use. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend here and will recommend Welcome Home Rentals to all of our friends in the future!

Wow! This home far exceeded our expectations ! Beautifully and uniquely furnished and so very comfortable for our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is perfect - close to our kids, restaurants, shopping. And the backyard was top notch. I’m only sad that it rained several of the days we were there and we couldn’t enjoy it more!

Our stay at Surf Luxe was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home is just as nice in person as it looks in the photos—modern, stylish, and full of thoughtful details that made our trip unforgettable.The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the beach and minutes from fantastic dining and shopping. The saltwater pool, private putting green, and beautiful outdoor spaces made it feel like our own private resort.Inside, the home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. The open layout was perfect for gathering, and each bedroom had its own unique style that made everyone feel comfortable. The hosts thought of everything—smart TVs, games, a well-stocked kitchen, even a gas grill ready to use.Being pet-friendly was such a bonus—we brought our dog, and he loved it just as much as we did. The property felt welcoming and safe, and the guidelines were clear and easy to follow.We couldn’t have asked for a better settiung for our family. We had an amazing stay at Surf Luxe! We were so comfortable there, we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is great. Communication was excellent, immediately responsive, and they even helped me find where I can buy a couch like the one in the house. :) We live locally, but will definitely be back to stay at Surf Luxe!

Amazing Place

This is the second time staying in this house and we love it! It is perfect for families with kids. It was a huge benefit to have the gate put up around the pool so the small kids can go out with less worry. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Great beach chairs and wagon available too! They had a mist system that sprayed for mosquitoes and that made a huge difference in the back yard!

20th Wedding Anniversary vacay!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was so well stocked, putting green was a plus and my husband had his Tigerwood’s moment. We would love to make this a yearly vacation for us. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The property was very clean, convenient to the beach and things to do. The backyard is extremely nice and where we spent the most of our time. The house was also equipped with most anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Golf trip

The location was perfect. Outside spaces were private, comfortable and inviting for evening cocktails and entertainment. Pool was perfect temperature. All rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The Players

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! We can down to attend The Players and enjoyed a few extra days. The house was perfect! Had all the amenities anyone could think of! The beds were amazing and we loved the outside living area and pool! We couldn’t ask for a better place!

Awesome House!

This place was amazing! The pool and outdoor living space was the groups favorite, but my favorite part was how comfortable the beds were!! Would recommend to anyone going to Jacksonville! Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas!

Fantastic Property

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

Great location and property

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Mike was very communicative and Jacob was amazing, ensuring we had what we needed and giving us recommendations on restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Close to Mayo & Beach

We were very close to Mayo Clinic and the beach. The house was Fabulous! Everything you could need, a beautiful fenced in back yard, great pool, would highly recommend! This is the 2nd property we have stayed at this year, excellent!
