Summary:
This spacious house is perfect for a relaxing family getaway! Enjoy the backyard, hot tub, and quiet neighborhood while still being close enough to walk to the beach and many other attractions!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - each with a queen sized bed. Note: One bedroom shares space with the laundry unit and does not have a door although it still feels private.
- 1.5 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this house, however there is free parking on the street.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ Keurig coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with table and BBQ, and a hot tub with an outdoor shower!

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
-The fireplace is not available for use but the house does have central heating

Guests have access to the entire home except the garage which is used for storage.

Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (20 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (10-15 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (15 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hr drive)
- Whole Foods Market, Safeway, New Leaf (5-10 minute drive)
- Natural Bridges State Beach (5 minute drive)
- Steamer Lane (15 minute walk)
Other Things to Note:
- Please note, there is no driveway or garage, but free street parking is available, with two spots usually located directly in front of the house.
- While you’ll enjoy full privacy inside the home, a long-term tenant resides in a separate unit above the garage with their own entrance and outdoor space, so you may occasionally see them outside.
- This is a peaceful neighborhood with close neighbors, so we kindly ask that you respect local quiet hours (9PM-8AM) and refrain from parties or loud music. The hot tub and outdoor activities are also restricted during quiet hours to maintain the serene setting.
- For safety reasons, the fireplace isn’t available for use, but central heating will keep things cozy.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
