This 4BD/3.5BA townhouse is perfect for your family and friends to create amazing memories!

Spread out in style with approximately 1,800 Sq. Ft of interior space complete with ideal furniture to make your trip even more entertaining. The house counts with a full kitchen equipped with daily basis utensils, a living room, a game room, and cozy bedrooms.

Enjoy the amazing sunset with a view of a lake on the back patio. We are ready to host you, and your family, and provide the best vacation you ever had!

• Check-in time: 4PM / Check-out time: 10AM
• Community Name: Compass Bay
• Entrance to the complex is secured by a gate.
• We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as a courtesy under request. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

Great location for access to Disney Parks

Great for a short stay. House was plenty big enough for our two families.

Home is exactly as pictured. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to WDW without using busy I4. We had 5 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. Always had enough hot water too. No complaints from anyone on the mattresses, only a squeaking bunk bed frame :) . Could not hear any noises from the adjoining property. We had three vehicles and always had parking available between driveway and street. Playground area is near by. We did not use the community pool. There is a pond outside the rear patio that had ducks, turtles, and to the kids delight, we are pretty positive, we sighted a baby gator. First drive to the property, GPS had us going to rear of community to enter. Gave a call to number provided and was immediately answered and helped. Definitely would book/stay with this owner/property in the future. Suggestions/Fyi- Gate access - # symbol needs to be entered before the gate code number provided Front door - After you enter and before leaving, you need to turn the knob/switch above the inside lower door handle to the right otherwise the front door is not locked. Both the regular door and the dead bolt handle needs to be used at once. If you try one and then the other it seems as if the door is locked but in reality it isn't. Patio Door - Make sure that door is indeed locked. If it is not tightly pushed to frame before locking it looks locked, but isn't. Bathrooms - As other reviewers noted, definitely bring additional washcloths. Plenty of towels are provided. Kitchen - Plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans, knives, bigger bowls, baking dish, etc are provided and in good condition. I did not see a vegetable peeler, cookie/baking sheet, or pizza pan. AC - First night there we did not adjust anything. Fan seemed to continually run and in middle of the night it got quite warm like temp would have been on a timer. Thermostat is a little confusing to adjust, no directions given. 1st floor is comfortable. Master bedroom and the bunk room definitely were a lot colder than the other two bedrooms at front of house.

Wonderful weekend stay!

My family of eight adults stayed at this property over the weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. The parks were 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic, Publix was right across the street, which was very convenient. I wish we had more time to spend at the house and pool, but hope to return again soon for a more relaxing weekend. I'd highly recommend this property and location!

It was a great time, expended in a beautiful house, very comfortable, clean and fully newed. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. Would definitely recommend it and repeat the renting if coming back to Orlando in a group.

Clean and close to Disney Parks

This place was nice and clean. All communications with the property management group was through email. Everything went smoothly. All instructions for check in and checkout were sent via email. Easy to follow instructions. location is about 15-20minutes to all Disney Parks. The kids enjoyed the game room. Will definitely book this on our next trip back to DisneyWorld.

Clean and comfortable

Traveled to Orlando for a wedding in Disney with 6 other people. We were so comfortable in the house. There was enough room for everyone to get ready and be comfortable. The house was clean and beautiful and is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Would definitely consider staying here again if traveling to Orlando.

Very pretty and comfortable

We really enjoyed our experience here. My parents stayed with us and for 5 people, it was plenty of room. The bunk beds are adorable- the whole property is very tastefully decorated. Also, the property mgmt company was pleasant to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to others.

The place, furniture and appliances were just like the pictures. Very nice.

The place doesn't look that old, that said, there are a few things that need to be attended to and they have been patched not fixed. The back patio screendoor's bottom hinge is broken and you don't want to open it because it's hard to get it back in place. Patio door has vertical blinds, one slat was missing and on other kept falling off. The patio stones are all moldy and needs to be pressure washed off. None of these bothered me but I think the owner should address them. One disappointment was there were no dish towels issued. We had a sponge and the dishwasher. The other to me was major. The occupancy is 9 people. They gave each 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. That was ok. One wash cloth in each full bathroom. When I called they said it's not to use in the bath just on the face. 3 face cloths for 9 people? Not very sanitary. Every part of the stay was satisfactory, housekeeping was quick to respond. I would have given it a 5 star if it weren't for the kitchen and face towels. I would go back, but I would stop at the Dollar Tree and get more.

Perfect combination of clarity and joy!!!!

Being in this house, gave us immense pleasure. It is very well iluminated, quiet and pleasant to be in. You do not even want to go out to the parks. Clean with all equipment worked in perfect order. Glasstone staff, very attentive and kind, always available. I strongly recommend.

Nice place, convenient location.

5 of my friends and I stayed for a week. We used Uber to get to and from all of the parks no problem. The place itself was quite nice. There was only one garbage bag and one roll of paper towel for the week. Probably would have been fine if there wasn't six of us. I'd stay here again

Beautiful townhouse, excellent rental experience

This is a beautiful townhouse. Exactly as pictured. Very clean (we are very particular) and comfortable. The weather was chilly and we were quite busy, so we didn't get to enjoy the lanai, sadly. Close to Disney and Universal. The process for acquiring the rental was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and always prompt responses. I appreciated how organized the entire process was. This was our 4th trip to Disney/Universal and can say this has definitely become our favorite rental....from the townhouse itself to the location to the rental process. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Vacation Home!

Myself and 6 friends stayed this past weekend and had a great experience! The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's in a great location within a few minutes drive of a grocery store, liquor store and plenty of restaurants and about 15 minutes from most of the parks and outlets. We decided to forego the Disney parks and check out Old Town and Fun Spot for the day instead which was a short 5 minute drive. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us - everyone had their own bed and if we had needed to, we could have accommodated an additional 2-3 people easily. We cooked breakfast one morning and the house was stocked with most of what we needed to make a simple meal. We had zero issues over the course of the weekend and I would definitely recommend this house. We will surely be back to visit in the future.

Nice vacation home

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. The beds were comfortable and fit our crowd of 9. The living space allowed us to relax. The air hockey table was a hit with the kids. And the home was close to all the major parks. This was a good way to spend our week. Thanks!

Perfect on all levels

1st of all this was the BEST vacation home i have ever been in. My WHOLE family was sad to leave. This home was clean spacious warm beautiful and much much more. Also perfectly located close to Disney and a few outlets. The home was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Furniture was awesome and bright. I plan to only book with this company from now on. Also we had to change our travel date due to last minute emergency and this company accommodated us with no problem

Perfect for holidays

Very nice home, everything looks like new, clean and excellent space. Beds are confortable. We were 6 adults and 3 kids and enjoyed this home. Great location, close to the parks (Disney, Universal) , 45 min. to Legoland, next to the Walmart, close to the Premium and Lake Buenavista outlets. This house is perfect for holidays time. Una casa muy bonita, todo parece nuevo, limpio y con excelentes espacios. Las camas son muy agradables. Estuvimos 6 adultos y 3 niños en la casa y la disfrutamos sin problemas. La localización es muy buena, cerca a los parques de Disney, Universal, a 45 minutos de Legoland, cerca a los Outlets de Lake Buenavista Factory Stores y Premium Outlet. Esta casa es perfecta para las vacaciones.

Great place, great space.

The townhouse was very nice and spacious. Decor was very nice. It had everything we needed. Call the owner with question and was able to speak with them immediately. The kids enjoyed the game room. We cooked our meals they had everything we needed. It would have been good if the grill was available, but none the less it was a very nice home. Would definitely book with this owner again.
