Located on the 19th floor with a spectacular 180 degree ocean front view!! Dining table for 4 A/C Free WiFi Reserved Parking Fully Equipped Kitchenette. King Size Bed Walking distance from Walgreens, restaurants, supermarkets. Playa Azul has direct beach access where you can freely go in and out of. Uber is available and relatively inexpensive. Excellent for morning or sunset walks and swimming! Super serene and safe environment :)


Luquillo is a very up-beat and friendly town with lots of must-see places such as the El Yunque Rain Forest, Luquillo Beach, The Pared Beach, Luquillo Kiosks with ethnic food and much more.

Great location and recently updated

Definitely was great all around. Would absolutely go back in the future! More modern than the pictures show and views are beautiful!

Stunning morning views

Every morning began with stunning beauty- we can’t wait to go back. Great local area, easy parking. The unit was clean and very well renovated. Sometimes the little touches stick out the most: the igloo cooler backpack, the Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and the snorkel kits for the coral were nice surprises. Wonderful experience!

Excellent Value

Super value! Benjamin recently renovated the condo. Everything (literally) is brand new; cutlery, towels, cookware, bath and beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and more. The sliders for the bedroom and the living room allows a nice breeze to cool the condo so we didn't need the A/C on during the day (in January). We especially loved the Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and the walk in shower. The unit doesn't have a number (409) by the door but it's just about directly in front of the elevator and has the box containing the key to the unit. Benjamin was super about responding to questions. He even called to give us updates and see if we had any questions before we arrived. The I doubt you'd find a nicer condo in Playa Azul. The only thing I might recommend is a dust pan to sweep up any sand that might get tracked in. The Wi-Fi ID and password is on the bottom of the router by the TV. The location is excellent for trips to San Juan, Fajardo and El Yunque National Forest. The kioskos is a 5 minutes drive to the strip on the beach for shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach is calmer than the beach at Playa Azul. The staff at Playa Azul are very friendly and helpful and no worries about security (not that I'd have any concerns though). The area seems very safe. I heartily booking with Benjamin.

Perfectly located with an incredible view of Azul Beach. All plates, glasses, silverware, towels and even beach items like umbrellas, folding chairs and coolers provided as well. Right in between San Juan and Fajardo.

Can't beat it for the price!

This apartment building was super duper close to the beach, they had a pool, BB courts and more, so it was great for all ages. The downsides: the pool closes at 7 and the gate to the beach locks as well, so after 7, you have to walk around the building. No big deal though, just FYI. Honestly, you cannot beat it for the price. Makes me want to buy one!

PR LOQUILLO VACATION

Everything was perfect except we didn’t have hot water. The elevator was not working properly so we had take the stairs down 19 floors. Not fun at all. It wasn’t until our third day staying that we found out that the elevator only stopped at certain floors going down. Going up was never a issue though it was always trying to catch the elevator going down. We were close to everything which was a major plus. Amigo was like a Walmart. The host had everything we needed for the beach. I definitely recommend!!

Anniversary getaway

We booked this location to celebrate our 19 year anniversary. We had such a wonderful time! This location is gated. Security guard at front desk and rounds are made by security guard all throughout the day. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Host was extremely helpful and quickly replied to any questions we had. Located closely to Luquillo kiosks which has amazing food choices. Also close to El Yunque National Forrest, which is a must do! Beautiful beach sits in your backyard. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Will definitely be booking again.

Amazing view

The view from the balcony is AMAZING. We spent every morning having coffee and every evening sitting on it listening to the ocean. Our host,Benjamin, was one of the best hosts I have dealt with. Check in was super easy. The condo is nice and is as described. A few minor issues were addressed immediately by him. Did I mention the view was AMAZING. We did not rent a car but had no problem getting to the condo from the airport. We did have the luxury of having a good friend who lives in a town about 10 minutes away who served as our personal guide. The view is AMAZING!!!!

Relaxing!

We stayed here in mid February for just a couple of days post cruise bc of it's location to El Yunque. Very quiet! Nice, soft bed. Very clean. Great view! Walkable to coffee and Walgreens. Benjamin responded promptly to questions.

Short visit to Luquillo

There is only one inaccuracy on the listing. The bed is queen size, no king as described. The apartment was spotless clean and everything was in good working order. Benjamin is a wonderful host. The view, priceless.
