Welcome to Saltwater Haven! Our ocean side beach condo is located in Surf City, on Topsail Island, NC! Vacation with us and enjoy relaxing beach time, pool time, and local activities for the whole family. Free wifi!
Our unit has a private balcony with an ocean view to die for! In the condo complex you have private beach and pool (seasonal May-October) access. Once you arrive in our gated community you will find us in Building # 2, very close to the beach! Saltwater Haven is newly renovated with a coastal modern vibe.
This is a 2-story condo. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with an attached half bath. Just down the hall from the entry is a full bath. At the end of the hall is the open concept fully stocked kitchen, bar, and living room with vaulted ceilings. The living room has a comfortable sofa (full sleeper sofa), love seat, and accent chair. There are a couple of poofs for additional seating or to rest your feet! The living room also host a 65" flat screen, 4K smart TV. From the living room you have a 3-panel sliding glass door that access the private balcony with a fabulous view of the ocean and the landscaped courtyard. Our private balcony is the perfect place to sit back with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or watch the sunset with your favorite cocktail.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal with your family and friends. Dinnerware provided with serving for 12. Cook with your family and friends in our kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The bar area offers a Keurig and drip coffee maker. There is a wine/beverage fridge in the bar area with all the glassware and tools to mix cocktails.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser storage, and 43" flat screen, 4K, Roku smart TV. Just off the master bath is a private half bath.
Just upstairs you will find an open loft that overlooks the living room. Upstairs offers a queen bed, full bed, seating area, dresser, and 43" flat screen, 4K, Roku smart TV. There are drapes that will close the loft balcony for privacy.
Private balcony - Our beach front, ocean view, private balcony offers raised bar seating for two, 2 Adirondack chairs with cushions and outdoor lighting for your enjoyment!
Beach Access - It is a short walk down the stairs, around the corner of the building to access the private boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy walking along the beach, playing in the sand, basting in the sun, swimming or riding the waves. For your convenience we will provide you access to our beach chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach umbrella.
Pool Area - The private community shared zero-entry pool is open seasonally May-October from 8am-8pm. There are 4 cabanas, and pool chairs available for your comfort.
Grilling - There is a new community charcoal grilling area with picnic tables located near the laundry area.
Laundry - There is an onsite laundry facility. A newly renovated laundry room with brand new coin/electronic payment operated washers and dryers are available for your convenience.
Parking - There is off street parking. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the complex. You must display parking permits from your car rear view mirror. Towing is enforced. Boats, jet skis, and trailers are not allowed on site.
Gym - Treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, and rowing machine
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator.
-We are a smoke free, pet free home. You will be charged an additional $125.00 cleaning fee for smoking in the unit or on the patio.
-Reservations: (June – September) are minimum 7 nights Saturday – Saturday. Off season (October – April) has a two-night minimum stay. Off season monthly rentals are available upon request.
-Key less Pin Pad Entry. Access Codes will be sent to you shortly before check in.
Saltwater Haven is located in the gated Surf Condos complex at 918 N New River Drive in Surf City. The Surf Condo Complex offers basic cable and community Wifi service to all units. Log in information will be provided at check in. The complex pool is open for guest use from April 1 (or whenever the pool passes inspection) through October 31. Newly renovated on-site laundry facility with token operated or CSC Go app (electronic payment) machines are available. Community grilling area with picnic tables are also available for guest use. This property does not have a phone. Please note that Surf Condo rentals provide parking for two cars in its gated parking lot and towing is enforced. Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises and bikes are not allowed to be locked outside.
