Decent House

We were excited about our stay at this property, but upon arrival, became less excited. The house is dated and lacking the small things, but has just enough extras that matter to make it ok.Pros: Hot Tub worked perfectlyPool table/ping pong in good conditionliving room space comfybeds very comfortable, very close to shopping and restaurants at Happy Valley.Owner was quick to address concerns and communicate with.AC worked well.Cons: Neighborhood is a little too sketchy for my liking. A few blocks north makes all the difference. House was not cleaned well at all, dirty and dusty floors and bathrooms. Comforters were all stained (owner did take care of this issue immediately).Outdoor area in need of TLC, kind of run down.Master Bath has what looks like mold on ceiling.I know people in previous reviews complained about the neighbors being loud, but that was not the case. They have a car with loud exhaust, outside of that nothing loud at all. Overall the hot tub and pool table made the house ok, without them we would have been very disappointed. The neighborhood would have me not stay here again.

Very Nice Place

Clean, comfortable place to stay. In a nice, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Comfy cute house

My family were in town for a taekwondo tournament. The house was about a 20-25 min drive from the convention center and the airport. Pros: House was easy to get to, close to major freeways. Nice open kitchen and living room. Comfortable couch/recliners. Well stocked kitchen & bar with welcome snacks, water and Prosecco which was amazing. Comfortable beds. Master bath was very nice with a bidet. Awesome games. We had a great time playing pool, ping pong, poker and looking at stars with the telescope at night. My son loved the piano! He can read music and taught himself with the beginner books provided. It was too hot to enjoy the hot tub, but we enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor lighting and seating. Communication with the owner was amazing. Quick to respond on,and very accommodating. Cons: Although the AC worked great in the bedrooms, it seemed to be warmer in the main part of the house. It was probably an addition built on and it just doesn’t get to that part as well. Although the master bath was amazing. The second bath was an afterthought. It was hot, and needed a refresh. Both bathrooms need hand towels, and maybe a towel ring. All over probably needs new paint, and touching up. Overall the neighborhood was quiet, except for the next door neighbors. They had a very car, which they would rev up and peel out several times a day. On the weekend they blasted music out of their car in front at 10pm. The combo of thin walls and super loud music was obnoxious.

lovely home great amenities

loved the property and the amenities available! the house was spacious for me and my family. the beds are comfortable and we loved the record player! very easy check in and check out. host was amazing!

This was a cozy little home perfect for a family of 2 w small kids. Perfect for 2 adults as well. Great spot close to Sedona as well

Great stay!!

I really enjoyed this property! It was clean with lots of space. Really loved that there were so many different wntertainment pieces around such as the hot tub, pool table, ping pong and also 2 tvs (one in the living room and other in the master bedroom). I only had 2 downsides with this property. The neighbors directly next to the rental were pretty loud. Thankfully that doesn't bother me too much but if you have children or are a light sleeper, this might not be the best option for you. The time I noticed it the most was when I'd use the hot tub. Nothing I couldn't handle but definitely something to keep in mind when renting here. The other downside is that some items in the interior are not as polished as they seem in the photos. It was mostly the wall paint that i noticed. All in all, I loved staying at this property and would absolutely recommend others to stay here!
