The space
Cozy and conveniently outfitted with everything you need for your stay. With three bedrooms, two full baths, two entertainment/living spaces both equipped with surround sound and HD smart TV's, a large light and bright kitchen stocked with a variety of coffees and teas, and a dining nook that seats eight, you're going to instantly find your own space within this space while enjoying the things you love most.

The basement is a fun project of ours, starting with a small work space, another couch with a second HD smart TV for your viewing pleasure, a second refrigerator for beverages and extra food, an 8-in-1 game table, a folding table to play board games, a play yard on foam flooring, and a plethora of games to bring everyone together. Our backyard is a work in progress as we aim to provide a fire pit, chairs for all, an outdoor seating area, a grill space AND a hot tub that seats five. (Please note the hot tub is not scheduled for delivery until November 2022 and the rest is a work in progress until that date.)

Need to do a little laundry while you're here? Perfect. We have everything ready for you including a full load washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board and everything need to keep your clothes clean.

Worried about parking? No Prob-Llama - we've got you covered. With room for 3 stacked vehicles in the driveway beginning under the carport, there are also 2 spaces in front for roadside parking and 1 space on the side for roadside parking as well.

Forgot something at home? We have probably provided it for you.

We have all of the fixings for the perfect vacation, staycation, outing, or work stay.

Enjoy the whole place! Make yourself at home, but treat it even better than your home, as you'll be passing it on to the next group to enjoy as well!

Note: No Prob-Llama Lex is owned privately. Thus, the owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries or illnesses that occurs while on the premises. Said owner is also not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of premises or any guests invited on premise. This should be stated for any stay outside of their own home, but should be understood in ours.

Also note: This space is equipped for children, but it is NOT necessarily small child friendly as you will need to be more diligent to ensure their safety and to ensure that everything remains intact in the home so you aren't charged any extras. Please utilize the pack n' play, the play hard, high chair, children's cutlery and dishes, a safety gate, and please bring anything else you may want to ensure their safety and or containment to a safe zone/space.

This is NOT a pet friendly property. We do NOT allow pets currently.

Lastly, if you need room for more than 6, please notify us as we do make allowances, but we will need to discuss and ensure that we both understand your needs.
