Hello there! My name is Samantha Pomeroy and my husband is Kyler Pomeroy. Thank you for viewing one of our favorite spots! We both live here locally in Hot Springs. Kyler is a chiropractor and I work in independent pharmacy. We absolutely love our community here and fall in love still everyday with how charming our town is. We have two rescue dogs Gunner and Hank and not having children of our own we consider them our kids. We enjoy the outdoors and feel like Hot Springs has it all here for us from the many lakes to hiking, biking, exploring magical downtown and cheering on the horses during racing season at Oaklawn there is so much to do. We recently got married and honeymooned in Yellowstone and Glacier Montana. This was a trip of a lifetime but also reminded us of how beautiful we have it here too. I have truly found my best friend and look forward to traveling the world with him and going on many adventures!

We live here in Hot Springs and this is our only rental on the Lake. Being here for over 18 years I always knew that I wanted a spot on the lake for our families to enjoy and gather. My husband and I are big on sunrises, sunsets, and looking at the moon. We fell in love with this spot! Our condo on Pretti Point really does have it all. The views, sunrises, sunsets, the water and close to anything you are looking to do in Hot Springs National Park. We have many wonderful local suggestions for you and hidden gems. Hot Springs really is a charming and dreamy place to come and relax, enjoy the outdoors, explore historic downtown and enjoy the horses during racing season at the track. One word always comes to mind with this property, Cozy! Just like Hot Springs will charm you so will this spot. We cannot wait to host you!
