Welcome to our AMAZING 3BR/2BA North Park gem that has been fully remodeled! Located in the center of two of the most popular San Diego neighborhoods, North Park and South Park, our boho-luxe style home is situated close enough to enjoy the pulse of the city beat, yet nestled far enough away for making personal memories in quiet neighborhood streets away from the high traffic areas.
THE SPACE…
After checking yourself in with the keyless entry door lock,
You are welcomed by a warm and inviting open layout that seamlessly blends the transition from the living room into the dining and kitchen area.
With a fully equipped kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances to include a smart refrigerator, luxury gas range and oven, wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, creating your best meals will keep this part of the home at the center stage during your stay.
If you don’t feel like cooking or cleaning, enjoy the immediate plethora of local restaurants and dining that this neighborhood has to offer. For some of our favorite dining choices, make sure to review our welcome booklet when you first arrive!
The fully furnished rooms offer plenty of storage space in the walk-in closets and privacy as all of the rooms are separated from each other. There is a king bed in the master bedroom that comfortably sleeps two. There is a queen bed in the other bedroom with a twin-sized trundle that rolls out underneath the bed. There is a full-sized bed in the third bedroom that comfortably sleeps two. Two rooms will share the common area bathroom and the master bedroom comes attached with a full master ensuite.
Enjoy the luxury of in-home laundry with the washer and dryer units sitting right behind the kitchen area.
When the sunsets are blazing across the San Diego skies, make your way out to the private back yard where you can enjoy the outdoor seating and dining area, perfect for those summer nights.

GUEST ACCESS…
You will have access to the entire home, including the rear yard. There is a fence with a locked gate in the back yard that separates the rear building from the home. Guest access for this property ends at the fence line with the locked gate. The rear building also hosts VRBO guests and is separated by the back yard fence while offering separate access to those units from the alley way.
There is a driveway in the front of the home that offers guests parking for two vehicles There is ample parking on the street for additional vehicles.
In the back yard there is a locked shed that contains the maintenance supplies for our support cleaners and maintenance vendors. This shed is inaccessible to guests.
SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE:
* There is a video camera to the right and above the front door that is recording at all times. It can see the front yard, and front entry area.
* There is a video camera on the eave of the north frontside of the house that is recording at all times. It can see the front driveway area and street area.
* There is a video camera above the back side door entrance that is recording at all times. It can see the side door entrance and side gate entrance.
* There is a video camera positioned along the back eave that is recording at all times. It can see the maintenance shed and back gate that separates the rear building.
These cameras are always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests, pets, etc.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE…
We DO NOT allow pets. My wife has severe allergies so please do NOT attempt to sneak any pets onto the property. You would be subject to an excess cleaning fee ($500) and may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
No parties. The city of San Diego has strict noise ordinances. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate VRBO policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest.
This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
