The space

Out front, a koi pond creates a serene vibe. Relax and enjoy meditative mornings on the porch, or sip coffee on our Comfortable chairs with relaxing waterfall sounds .

Walk into a open concept space with living, dinning and kitchen area.
You can also catch up on some work in the office space while having a side view to the Oasis back yard.

We are extremely strict on LOUD GATHERINGS, PARTIES AND EXTRA PEOPLE NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION
We will terminate your reservation with no refund
Having additional guests after the limit (13) will lead to removal of all guests without refund. Any violations of this rule will be reported and may lead to the deactivation of your account!

***NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE ALLOWED THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY***

*** ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST NOT LISTED ON YOUR RESERVATION NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. AND IT WILL BE $50.00 PER GUEST PER DAY, PER NIGHT*** NO EXCEPTIONS

* There is a $2,000 fee for any parties/events thrown in the home and that caused disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours.

CHECK-IN is 4pm
You can check-in any time after 4pm and as late as you want. No early check-ins
We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in

CHECK-OUT is 10am
Late check-outs are not available as we have to clean the home for same day guests.

**Keep in mind we do have connections with local police and there is a sheriff in the neighborhood**

This house has camaras in the front, side and back yard. we also have noise sensors that will activate when trigger.

Quite Hours are from 10pm - 8am outside lights and T.V's turn off automatically


**We will ask you to sign a pool waiver and release of liability form before we can confirm your booking. If not signed we will not be able to activate your code for entry on your check-in day.

POOL RULES:
-Unsupervised kids are not allowed to swim in the pool
-No diving in the shallow end
-No lifeguard on Duty
-You swim at your own risk
-No FOOD or DRINKS inside the pool
-No loud music throughout the day
-Absolutely NO noise or swimming after 10pm (neighbors will make noise complaint)
- All outside lights and T.V's turn off automatically at 10pm
- Please no hair dye or any coloring in the jacuzzi

If you want the pool to be heated, you need to ask 2 days before your reservation. and it has to be paid in full before your arrival.

fee for heated pool is $150.00 per day
fee for jacuzzi heater is $150 per day

The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.

*There will be an extra cleaning fee of $500 if the home is left excessively dirty, any stains or damages to property or furniture.

We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder
~CHECK-OUT TIME~~IS 10AM SHARP - Cleaning staff will arrive at 10am sharp to clean for the same day guests.

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged or broken.
