The Grounds at Hocking Hills is the perfect getaway for large families, groups and company retreats located in the heart of Hocking Hills. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy modern amenities without compromising cozy cabin vibes and unobstructed forest and valley views. At our property, enjoy open concept living space, wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, natural light, year-round hot tub, full-stocked pond with catch and release fishing, seasonal in-ground heated pool, and vast outdoor patio and fire pit. Pool open from Memorial Day to end of September. 5 min drive from Ash Cave. Many outdoor activities located nearby. Fully renovated in 2022, this home offers a relaxing and comfortable experience for guests. The master suite includes breathtaking views, gas fireplace, queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. Three more bedrooms in the home share a bathroom with a shower. Off of the main living space in the four season room, take in panoramic views of the property with an optional pull out sofa. Guests access to washer & dryer and 2-car garage with additional parking on paved driveway. Don't miss out on this peaceful, secluded home!

Note - the exterior of the property is under surveillance for the safety of our guests, monitoring the following areas: garage, front door, driveway, barn area, pool, hot tub, and fire-pit area. They will be on during your stay. Tampering with the devices is prohibited.
BASEMENT:
At this time, guests are not permitted in the basement area of the house as we are currently renovating. The basement door is locked with a sign stating, "Employees Only".
