Welcome to Ravennity! Very close to Light Rail, UW, Greenlake

Just a 5 minute walk from the Roosevelt light rail station, this spacious, 2 bedroom apartment is at a nexus for urban and natural amenities. On the top floor of a classic craftsman home, it overlooks a tree-lined boulevard. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, induction cook top, oven, and full size fridge. Newly renovated with washer and dryer in unit. It is walking distance to parks, a Whole Foods grocery store, and many restaurants and other fun destinations.

The space:
There are custom and artistic touches throughout the space. The front porch offers a pleasant sanctuary overlooking the boulevard: perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The TV includes a Firestick so you can easily log into your personal steaming accounts. Owners live and work onsite, happy to respond to any questions.

Guest access
Just 5 blocks from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station, you'll be able get to and from the airport in under an hour regardless of traffic! Downtown is just a 10 minute ride. Some guests have found it cheaper to rent a car from the Avis/Budget car rental one block away rather than shuttling around a busy airport.

If you wish, I will grind organic coffee fresh the day you arrive. Caffeinated or decaf, just let me know. Otherwise, Urban Luxe Cafe is right around the corner and Herkimer Coffee, just up the street. And wonderful nearby restaurants too numerous to mention; I'll send you a detailed list on request.

University District Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 9 - 2.

We offer 2 off street parking spots and there is usually free all day street parking available nearby.

Other things to note:
NO CHORES! As our guests, there is no to-do list at check-out.
All bedding and towels are 100% cotton.
We are meticulous about cleaning.
Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
Please contact me if you need flexibility in your arrival or departure or anything else.
No such thing as a stupid question ~ just ask!

The flat was very comfortable, exceptionally convenient to public transport, stocked with necessities and extras to improve our stay, and roomy for 3 adults. Wynia is an exceptional communicator and made sure we had everything from snacks to restaurant recommendations. The dedicated parking space was perfect for our rental car (which we barely needed).

We had a fantastic stay. Wynia created such a welcoming space for us. The accommodations were perfect with two bedrooms, a nice sitting area, and a kitchen with everything we needed (including delicious coffee!). The location was also perfect - it was easy to use public transit and to drive/park when we needed. Highly recommend.

Wynia is the best VRBO host we have ever had! She went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The unit itself is beautiful, unique, and has a true Seattle feel. Very well located, super easy check in process, comfortable beds, great coffee and little snacks provided, etc. We love it, and will certainly stay here again!

This was an ideal Seattle stay location. Great decor, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking and in/out the door...exactly what I was hoping for. Wynia greeted us warmly and answered all of my questions, and though we didn't need anything more, I'm sure she would have delivered. You bet I'll come back here next time I visit!

Great place to stay!

The hosts were very nice, and the location is great! Plenty of room for the 3 of us, and the full kitchen was nice. Close to parks, great restaurants, and public transportation. I highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment in Ravenna

What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was perfect. It had comfortable beds and dark bedrooms for a good night sleep. There was a bright functional kitchen for making brownies for my son’s birthday. The location was a five minute car ride to Univ of Washington and the driveway parking was very convenient. The best part was meeting the owners and seeing Wynia’s artwork. Truly wonderful space maintained by amazing people!

Wonderful Stay!

Could not have had a nicer stay! Wynia was such a thoughtful host, and the apartment was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed plus extras. We enjoyed the many Roosevelt neighborhood restaurants as well as being so close to the light rail station, Green Lake, and the University. Would enthusiastically recommend this place to others and stay again!

Wynia was a fabulous host. She supplied fresh ground coffee and even helped us find flowers for our daughter's graduation. She also recommended some great restaurants in the area. The property was close to the light rail and mass transit making a car not necessary. A nice park is just a few blocks away as well. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again on our next trip to Seattle.

Fantastic Stay in Great Neighborhood

Clean and charming apartment in a convenient location and great neighborhood. Walking distance to light rail, Whole Foods, and multiple parks. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Wynia and Ben could not have been nicer, more communicative, or accommodating. They were great. Easily one of my favorite VRBO experiences. Would absolutely stay there again.

Quick June trip

First, want to say host Wynia was very responsive and had great communication. She provided restaurant recommendations and experienced suggestions for the area.What separates it from a hotel is the personal touches and helpfulness of the host and the place was very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Great location if you want to visit downtown Seattle w/o driving into the city. There is a light rail 5 minutes walk away that you catch to go to the city or to the airport. Highly recommended!

Clean, communicative and easy

This was a lovely stay. The place felt clean, easy to access, In a beautiful neighborhood, and all the instructions made sense. Wynia was welcoming and helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a sweet, homey stay.

I love Seattle and would be happy to meet you! I moved here from rural Wisconsin when I was 18, and never left. For the last three decades I have been creating custom art glass for high end architectural projects. You’ll see some of it in evidence here. My studio is on the main floor. Husband Ben and I are in this together but you’re more likely to see me ~ I’m the on-site extrovert.

I have a long-standing fondness for etymology and entomology. I have a larger than average collection of beetles and seed pods. Partner dancing and country duets light me up!

I love exploring outdoors including nearby Ravenna Park; a symphony of sounds and rich aromas.
