House Rules & Policies (Strictly Enforced):

No Pets: Per HOA regulations, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including the balcony and all common areas.
Access: This unit is on the second story and requires climbing three flights of stairs (no elevator).
Vehicle Restrictions: HOA rules prohibit commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, campers, snowmobiles, or boats.
No A/C: Typical for the Rockies, we do not have central air. We provide fans and suggest opening windows to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Minimum Age: Primary guest must be at least 26 years old to reserve.

Starter Supplies:

A basic starter supply is provided to help you get settled, including:
Paper products (TP, paper towels)
Dishwasher & laundry detergent
Bath amenities (Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion)
Coffee supplies
Guests planning a longer stay are encouraged to restock at a local grocery store.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. The condo was spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with amenities and well appointed. The view of the mountains and the lake was incredible. It was close to skiing and stores. The management company was very attentive. If I could say anything negative, it would be the garage is hard to get in and out of for a larger vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this property for a snow vacation with friends. Sadly this area is in a big snow deficit. We were able to cross country ski at the Nordic center in town. What a great facility. We also did a couple of great hikes with crampons instead of snowshoeing.The condo is located in an easy in/out location. Centrally located to everything we did. We ate in Frisco, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. Loved the area, and I’m letting everyone know.The condo was clean and spacious. Six of us turned to four, but there still would have been plenty of space.The digital guide the rental company sent me was full of great information for the area and surrounding towns.

Overall we had a wonderful time here. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we could think of including spices. I enjoyed a walk out to the lake and intontown.

Family Ski Vacation

The vacation is in a beautiful location. Property was nice and clean and you couldn’t beat the views and sunrises. It is a perfect place for our family of six to be able to ski and have our evenings to hang out.

Family ski trip

Great location! Spent time at Copper & Breckenridge. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the view and taking morning walks on the Frisco recreational trail.

Frisco house

We had a quick Guys weekend at this condo. The location is great, near the highway and not far from downtown Frisco. Mountain and Lake Dillon views are beautiful. The only slight negative on this property are the stairs. This is a second floor unit that seems more like a third floor.

Great Location

The unit was perfect, very well appointed and spacious, great location overlooking Dillon Lake. Ideal for three friends with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Early morning visit by two beautiful foxes was a bonus!

Heaven on earth

If you like spectacular water and mountain views, this condo is for you. Immaculate and well-stocked with anything you could need, it is ideally located and close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Close to 70 making it easy to get to Vail, Breckenridge, Avon / Beavercreek, Copper, and Keystone. Property manager was very responsive and fixed an issue with the hot water promptly. Fantastic experience. Stayed with 2 children and would recommend for families. Close to Frisco, grocery, and more. Clean, well maintained condo.

Centrally Located to multiple ski resorts

We decided this ski season to not stay on resort or slope side, but instead save money on lodging. Each day we loaded up our vehicle and skied a different resort. We enjoyed the little downtown of Frisco. The restaurants we enjoyed: 5th Avenue Grille and Pure Kitchen.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
