What a great vacation we had at David’s home. Everything was as advertised (awesome) and David was a super host! His attention to details and having everything needed for a beach stay made our large family vacation one to remember. Definitely will return.

We had a great 2025 summer vacation in this beautiful house. It’s spacious, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Host is great at communicating and the view is breathtaking. The beach is a few minutes walking distance and there is plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons in the garage for large families. We also enjoyed the pool, grilling and huge projector screens for movie nights. We’ll definitely come back!! We traveled with toddlers and keeping them from the stairs was an issue since there were no stair gates. Keep in mind is a three story house and the elevator isn’t currently working so be prepared to go up and down the stairs a lot. We had a great experience and highly recommend this place.

We had a group of 12 ages 5 to 70. The living area was large enough for us all to gather for meals and family time and with six bedrooms and a game room we also had areas to have some alone time when we needed it. The abundance of beach wagons, chairs and coolers made it so easy to pack up for a day at the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including basic spices. We spent a LOT of time in the beautiful pool and spa and even watched some movies poolside. When we had the occasional rain shower the pool table and video game machine kept the kids entertained inside. Loved the location close to Times Square and the fact that there was a beach trolley stop just down on the corner when we wanted to hop on. Found a great ice cream shop just a minute walk down the road and explored the island by golf cart and moped rented just next door. Took a fishing charter and had enough fish for two delicious meals and also saw the island from the air parasailing. Definitely made some great memories here! Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house

I can't say enough about this amazing house. It had all the amenities you could ever imagine. We had our family of 11 stay here and they all would like to come back next year. It’s a great location, easy walk to the beach and to Town Square with shops and restaurants. There were many beach chairs and wagons, pool area was very nice, kitchen was large, we all had our own rooms with extra rooms to spare. Xtra refrigerator in the garage, even though it’s 3 floors there was an elevator for luggage and groceries which was very helpful. I just can’t say enough about this house. And the owners were so helpful and accommodating, very easy to reach if we had any questions.

Loved the location, the pool and hot tub. The only inconvenience was the elevator wasn't working and the main living areas are on the 3rd floor.

This house was awesome! Beach right out front of us. House was amazing! Balcony facing ocean was a favorite for us all. Small oribabkybwith swimming pool heater and it was fixed less than a day.

Perfection!

This property is the trifecta for rentals. The house is huge offering both privacy and opportunity to all hang out together. The pool and hot tub are awesome, and the big screen by the pool is amazing! We watched movies, football and volleyball from the pool. There is also a video machine and pool table right inside from the pool that the kids enjoyed too! The property is super easy to get to and access. The beach is right across the road with a crosswalk right there by the house. We walked to restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee when we wanted but the house was fully stocked to meet our cooking needs. We had a large group so was grateful they had big cooking utensils which isn’t usually the case. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect a 2 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants and other amenities. The house had everything we needed. From wagons and chairs for the beach, kitchen items, game room, and pool. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Every morning we sat on the balcony looking at the ocean. David was great at getting back to me with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Couldn’t have ask for more!Walking distance to time Square! Just a few steps from the beach! With lots of beach chairs and coolers to take!😍. House was beautiful! And the pool and hot tub were amazing! Sound System in the home just made everything over the top. Can’t wait to go back! So much in the house for everyone to be occupied and have their own space, playing pool, or arcade games, or watching a movie on the 118” TV’s! Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful beach house

Our family of 12 people rented this beautiful beach house and had a fantastic week at the beach . The house was well maintained, modern amenities, central location with easy access from airport and great restaurants. Ft Myers Beach is rebuilding with the locals happy to have the guests back to the community. Beaches were clean and easy access. The host was very accommodating and helped with special needs that were required. We would recommend this house for a fun family vacation. We are looking forward to another trip back to the beach and staying at the Bayview beach house.

Outstanding stay

We were scheduled to arrive the day before tropical storm Debbie hit FMB. Dave did an amazing job of reaching out prior to our arrival and updating us on all things weather related. Once we arrived the weather did cause a couple issues with the house(ripped screens) and they were fixed the very next morning. Dave also personally came to check on us and the house. The level of detail and accommodations in the house were better than any other Vrbo we have stayed in. From the fully stocked kitchen, to all the beach items(chairs,umbrellas,wagons, coolers etc) made our trip so easy! The location and views were spectacular. Quick easy walk to the beach made it nice to go back and forth to the beach and pool. Kids loved the pool and we loved the table and shade! We will definitely be booking with Dave again!

Great Location & Family Gathering Place Close To Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very clean, nice amenities, and close to the beach! The check in process was flawless and the property manager was super nice and accommodating! We had an issue with one of the air conditioning units after checkin and he immediately had an AC company dispatched and fixed immediately. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here! We’ll be back!

Beach Vacation

This house exceeded our expectations, it was right across the street from the beach with a wonderful view. The view may be different once businesses are rebuilt, but it is still in a great location. The house has plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. Dave was a great host, he made sure that we had everything available to us (beach equipment, plenty of towels, kitchen items were stocked well, etc.). He was also very responsive when we ran into some minor issues with the AC and hot tub/spa. He had someone come take a look almost immediately and the issues were resolved very quickly. We are grateful for the hospitality and hope to be back in the future.

We book our property approximately 40+ weeks every year and have been renting this house since 2012 . We have many of the guests return for a second year and some have been back 4-5 years in a row .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The main things that most of our renters like is our location . We are about 200 steps away from the sand . The house is located in a nice residential area on the north end of the island , close to the main road . The north end has the highest concentration of restaurants and bars in a short 3/4 mile stretch . Access to the house is very easy . Our driveway is huge . You can park probably 6-8 cars on our driveway and don't have to worry about backing out into heavy traffic when leaving . There is a beach access directly in front of the house . Times Square (our downtown area ) is about a 14 minute walk , and in between there and our property are 20-30 restaurants , numerous bars and shops that you can stop at .
