Located in the Southern Tip of Cape Coral Florida this newly remodeled Mediterranean Villa is unmatched by any others. It was specifically designed to be a vacation rental and the details show it. The house boasts an incredible view and the location is unmatched. It has sail boat access and uninhibited access to the Gulf Of Mexico as well as a 10 minute boat ride to Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy the Florida weather in our custom pool and spa and outdoor area meant for entertaining.

We went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guests!
All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses to ensure an incredible nights sleep.
Each room has has an LG Smart WEB TV with Netflix for when you are winding down at night.
The game room has a foosball table , board games, Pacman arcade game, space invader arcade game and Large TV with a Nintendo 64. Just enough to keep the kids occupied during any down time throughout your stay.

There are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und für die Menge an Personen optimal! Es hat eine gute Lage! Schade ist, dass das Haus die schönsten Jahre hinter sich hat und die Pflege fehlt! Das fängt bei der Außenanlagen an und geht im Haus weiter! Eigentlich sehr schadeEine „Übergabe“ oder Einweisung hat es nicht gegeben! Nach dem Motto hilf dir selber …Die Sauberkeit im Haus und am Pool ließ an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool war sandig, die Terrasse ist Mosg und es lagen alte kaputte Schwimmuzensilien in der Ecke! Die Sitzkissen der Gartenmöbel waren schimmelig - kein schöner Anblick und erst recht nicht einladend! Sehr schade ….

Excellent property, spacious and well-shared. In some comments, we read that there were no kitchen utensils, so we decided to bring our own. But that wasn't the case. The house is well-equipped. We felt very comfortable. Thank you, and I want to tell you that the whole family shares my opinion and we're ready to come back anytime.

Great layout and pool, but cleaning and maintenance issues need attention

The house is large and well laid out—great for multiple families. The hosts were mostly responsive. However, the home shows a lot of wear and lacked proper cleaning and maintenance.When we arrived, the floors were filthy (our baby was covered in black grime after crawling), one bed had visibly dirty sheets, and mounds of hair were stuck to the shower walls. We alerted the host about the floors only and they sent cleaners quickly, but this should have been handled before check-in.Other issues included:•Several burnt-out lights•No window coverings in bedrooms in a few rooms•Broken pool lights and visible damage around the hot tub & pool•Outdoor fridge didn’t work•Grill had empty propane and we were told to refill it•Trash can lid was broken•Instant Pot insert was missing•TV in one room not hooked up with no wires at all•Nintendo 64 had cut wires•Shower knobs were reversed and some handles fell off•Safety hazards: exposed wiring near water and a dock lamp hanging by its cordOn the positive side, the provided crib was helpful, and the pool and hot tub were warm and enjoyable.The house met our space needs, but cleanliness and basic maintenance need improvement.

Cape Coral Getaway

House and property were impressive. Plenty of space for the nine of us. Overall we had a great time. Nice neighborhood and nice pool. House could use a thorough cleaning which is the reason I gave it a rating of 4 instead of 5.

Family vacation

House needs a lot of repairs, was not cleaned well, pool area and patio on waterway was not cleaned or swept, topping on patio area chipping up and chunks everywhere. When we arrived, the pool temp was 64 host said to scan QR code and it only showed to do the spa, he said it is set at 87 year round, maint guy came and control was shut off, never got above 83, lost 4 days of use, very disappointed in that, we should get a rebate as we came there from 10 degree weather to swim.

Could be a 5 star property

But it needs some TLC. The pool and dock area were very rundown, dirty and unsafe-broken glass edges in the hot tub and in the pool, screws and nails all over the dock and exposed wiring in places. Indoor, the game area was unusable due to the lack of foosball, and the nintendo 64’s lack of connection cables made it unplayable. Bedroom's air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms never got below 74 degrees. There was no propane in the grill so we had to switch the firepit tank. The lawn furniture cushions were moldy and flimsy. There were no handrails on either outdoor steps or in any bathroom. There was an ant problem in the master bath. It has potential but just not a 5 star stay.

Plenty of Room

This house was plenty big for our group of 8. We loved the open floor plan and all the bathrooms. It was clean and bright and right on the canal.

Family vacation

The home was big enough that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and plenty of tables to eat at and play games.

Good, but not amazing.

We had a group of women stay here a couple of months after hurricane Ian hit so I knew coming in there would be some issues, and I was okay with that. The manager of the property was great answering all my questions and even coming over to fix some things. I just felt that the property has a lot of things that need to be fixed and was not ready for 10 women to stay at it. Hopefully, as time goes on, those issues will be fixed for the next people who stay there.

We Will Be Back!

The host for this property, Josiah, is the wonderful. He took care of everything we needed. The home is lovely and has plenty of rooms for family. The pool and hot tub tub were used by all, especially the grandkids. I loved the fire pit, very easy to use and everyone would sit around it on the outdoor furniture. We enjoyed the dock and rented a boat to go fishing and site seeing. Overall, an absolutely wonderful time.

Would LOVE to go back!

Our stay was really wonderful! The location is great and not to far from great restaurants and fun activities! The host was extremely responsive and helped us with all of our needs. The house was nice and the we enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. You will need to follow instructions on how to heat the pool. It fit 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. They made sure we had amenities to get us started, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, some condiments. Other VRBOs I have stayed at don’t include any of that. Everyone was happy with our stay! We look forward to staying in Florida again soon!

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Pool inkl. Whirlpool. Es sieht auch in echt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war stets hilfsbereit. Allgemein können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Einzig die Sauberkeit im Pool/Außenbereich war nicht so gründlich, aber ok.

We had a family wedding that weekend and the house served as a perfect spot for many of us to stay together and not be in a hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great location

We had a great long weekend. House was beautiful and perfectly placed on a canal right off the main waterway. We highly recommend it. The owner was extra helpful.

Mediterranean Style Home

The house has potential to be beautiful, however it needs a good cleaning outside and inside. The outside pool deck and area was not usable for us as it was dirty and the patio furniture was also dirty. There are several pictures on the listing that may have been Ken a while ago as they are not representative of how it looks today. Based on the number of guests this house accommodates it does t ha e bear enough dishes and glasses; there wasn’t even a cork screw for opening wine bottles. Hot and cold water is backwards in most of the faucets. It does appear to have newer appliances which were in good working order. There are two fridges outside in the pool deck area however only one small one works. The dining table chairs and the bar stools at the island needed tightening with an Allen wrench as they appeared to be hand tightened only and were very wobbly upon arrival. This house needs some good TLC to make it feel like the photos in the listing advertise it to be.

Beautiful multi-generational house!

We brought our kids and grandkids here on spring break. We had 11 people between the ages of 3 and 62. The house is spectacular and fully updated. It is so spacious that each family unit had a section of the house to themselves. The pool is awesome and was stocked with lots of fun toys. The huge tv was a hit with our sports lovers. The upstairs game area was amazing and a favorite of the grandkids. Our host, Josiah, was very helpful and responsive each time we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it.

Amazing house !!

This house is beautiful and we can’t wait to go back! It’s the perfect vacation house. It feels like a brand new modern styled home. The kids loved fishing from the dock while the adults enjoyed every minute on the gorgeous patio overlooking the water. The owner was super helpful with every question or recommendation we were looking for. It’s also the perfect house to go with friends because it’s spread out enough to have your privacy but has great common areas to be together. I would highly recommend this house and we are looking forward to our next visit.
