We loved this place. It was perfect for us, the house had everything you could need. It was clean, modern and just very nice. It was very private but close to so much. We met John our host and he was so nice. It was a very pleasant trip. We will be back

Cozy Home Away From Home

Came to Chandler on business Project and had to extend our stay and felt right at Home! It was just perfect for us being it was a Private, Quiet and a Clean Place close to everything! We were less than 5 minutes to Gas station grocery stores take out Food and more. Enjoyed the Friendly, Attentive and Helpful Host! We would come back again.

We stayed here for 8 days after moving back to Arizona-waiting to get into our home. Loved it! Spacious, very well equipped, gated parking, close to downtown Chandler and QUIET!! Would highly recommend!

This property is so sweet! Quiet, SUPER CLEAN, thoughtfully decorated, and hosts that are accessible and friendly. We loved everything about it! From the private yard with the delicious smell of citrus blossoms to the welcome bucket of goodies on the kitchen counter! It was a joy to stay there and very convenient for our family event a few blocks away. Just adorable!

Hidden Gem in Chandler Arizona

This stay was everything I wanted. It was a nice comfortable and quite little house with all that I needed. I felt safe and secure with covered parking behind an electric gate. It has a great walk in closet and nice kitchen too. Enjoyed the sounds and sights of beautiful birds in the big evergreen tree while sitting in the front yard. Also has a shade covered patio. The neighborhood was great for early morning walks. Close and convenient to many stores and restaurants also.

The property was very clean, however the following items were not in the home: cutting board, wine opener, pot holders, salt, basic spices. It would have been helpful to have some kind of instructions for the TV.

Cockroaches etc….ugh!

Stayed for 24 nights, day three a huge cockroach was on the kitchen floor alive. Being from the Midwest we didn’t know we weren’t supposed to step on it. Not only once but twice to kill it! After researching we learned we needed to disinfect the floors well. There was no cleaners onsite except, Dawn dish soap, white vinegar, & a few Clorox wipes. They sent a bug exterminator the next day for the inside. Also the next week for the outside. We did find a few more small dead bugs after that. There was a lot of police action around us too. Eight law informant vehicles out in front of the house one time, a helicopter circling another day with a stand off over a megaphone. That happened a few blocks away unfortunately. It lasted for a couple hours. Laundry soap & toilet paper we had very little of. Luckily the property manager did bring us more. Thank you for that! Kitchen supplies were extremely minimal. We had one medium size glass bowl(no cover) & no storage containers or bags. The frying pan was small too, it made it difficult to prepare a stir fry even. We were not aware the parking available was only for one vehicle. We had two so had to leave one on the side of a fairly busy street. It got paint balled once with about twelve shots. Unfortunately to spend this kind of money it was not worth it!! We were here to visit family & my children were not comfortable with our environment either so that dampered there visits to us! So sad!!

Hi Mary, I'm so sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. We do provide a starter pack with some toilet paper and laundry soap and other essentials, but after that's empty it is typically the guest's responsibility to get their own supplies. Since one of our team members had been communicating with you, she actually brought you more toilet paper and laundry soap that she paid for out of her own pocket. And we had gotten you a brand new crockpot for your stay since you requested this ahead of time as well. We also didn't charge you for the price difference when you changed your dates. We try to provide as much information as possible in the listing as far as parking and the area so I apologize that you were not satisfied with that. We sincerely apologize that you found cockroaches in the home. We have the home treated monthly for pest control but unfortunately in the desert of Arizona we do get some critters. We came out as quickly as possible to treat the home and would've been happy to send more cleaning products if we knew you needed them. Again, we are very sorry for the issues that you encountered and we would love to make it up to you if you gave us the opportunity to host you again in the future!
