Alquiler MÍNIMO SEMANAL de sábado a sábado en temporada alta (diciembre - abril).
Las increíbles vistas del Golfo ayudan a que este condominio de eficiencia de 1 habitación sea la escapada perfecta. Ubicado frente a Santini Plaza en el extremo sur de la isla, Estero Beach & Tennis 1106A es el lugar perfecto para que una pareja se relaje y disfrute de todo lo que la isla tiene para ofrecer.

Puede disfrutar de cenas íntimas preparadas en su prístina cocina totalmente equipada, o hacer uso de la barbacoa en el lugar y cocinar una excelente comida para disfrutar en el balcón abierto. Con toda la actividad de navegación y vida salvaje, es un placer sentarse afuera mientras cena. Hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas en la planta baja. Esta unidad está en nuestro programa de servicio de ropa de cama, así que NO lave la ropa de cama. Se pueden cambiar en nuestra oficina en la Plaza Santini por una tarifa mínima. Hay wifi gratuito en la unidad, así como en el vestíbulo y las áreas de la piscina.

El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana para ver sus programas favoritos y un sofá cama. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king para adormecerlo. Hay una pared divisoria entre el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar para mayor privacidad.

Si tiene ganas de actividad, la piscina climatizada es un excelente lugar para hacer ejercicio o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar de nuestros días llenos de sol; si quieres algo un poco más activo, ¡hay canchas de tenis para que tus pies se muevan y tu corazón bombee! La piscina está abierta desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer.

Puede caminar por la playa en cualquier dirección: el sur lo llevará hacia el Parque Estatal Lovers Key, donde podrá disfrutar de caminatas por la naturaleza o bombardear en la playa, o hacia el norte hasta Times Square para disfrutar de las tiendas, restaurantes y actividades que la isla tiene para ofrecer.

Más cerca (casi directamente al Estero Blvd.) está Santini Plaza, que ofrece tiendas y restaurantes para satisfacer cualquier paladar.

This condo had an absolute gorgeous view of the beach and ocean!! Facility excellently maintained. Had issue with the bedroom ceiling fan but Kathy Nesbit the management company addressed it immediately. Only negative was condo itself could have been cleaner

Excellent property and location

Our family has already spent several vacations in the estuary area (Naples, Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island) and it was our first time in Fort Myers. Very nice location, very comfortable the condo - Estero Beach Resort - and very comfortable apartment. Good, clear and precise written communication with the renter. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to feel at home. The view of the balcony to the gulf is incredible !!! We will surely return ......

Had a great time!

The view from this condo is breathtaking! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. As another reviewer mentioned, the shower door did leak quite a bit. We just put down towels. The only other thing I would complain about it is that if you have a bad back, the bed is VERY soft. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely and so was the property. Very conveniently located across the street from shops and restaurants. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Property management company sent so many generic emails, and emails re-stating the rules, it was confusing. For example, “if you are staying at a location that has XYZ, then”. We don’t know if our condo had that. They also sent the incorrect lobby code, so in the email it says to drive a few minutes down the road to their office. No office and hasn’t been one in 2 years. Luckily, the number I had was the owner and he was very helpful. Communication should be direct, not template emails. Other than that mishap, view was beautiful. Morning shade on the balcony. Pool closes at dusk. Wished it was open later. Condo had all the amenities. Close to CVS and 7-Eleven. Very quiet, except for the 2 hour emergency testing and knocking and opening my condo door. That was a little disturbing.

It is my heartfelt wish that every guest have a wonderful vacation experience, and on the rare occasion when they don't, it is my responsibility to offer apologies and send maintenance or cleaners over to make it right. Kathy Nesbit Vacations serves as both advocate for our guests and representative for the owners. Each owner chooses and maintains the furnishings and general condition of their condo and ultimately decides on when and if remodeling or maintenance is done. We encourage them to do both. Further, you can rely on our policy to fix any issues a guest may have as soon as possible after we are notified. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have sent a cleaner back in to address all your cleaning issues so that you would feel comfortable with the condition of the condo. The "old" furnishings may not be our choice or yours, but the pictures do correctly represent that this condo. That being said, we were very sorry you were unhappy, and we hope that you will let us advise you on accommodations that better suit your tastes for your next vacation. Our office staff is particularly knowledgeable about all our properties and very skillful about matching the guest to the right property so if you mention that you want a condo that was recently remodeled, we will make sure your next experience with us is a happy one and more in line with your expectations. Beautiful location

We loved the location and views. We have stay at this location before but never this condo. The owners need to upgrade the furniture. The bed is uncomfortable saggy mattress and flat pillows. The sofa and chair are worn and uncomfortable. I love this location but would not rent this condo again was so uncomfortable woke up each day making sleep due to the mattress and pillows . Everything thing else was great. The. Management company was great but it’s time to upgrade the furniture

Nice, but needs cleaning.

The unit could use a top to floor deep cleaning. The cabinets above the stove were sticky, all items pulled from the cabinets had to be washed before use (unit may not have been rented in a while) and the wreath above the bed and both ceiling fans were covered in a heavy layer of dust. The kitchen items need to be evaluated and updated. Both pitchers are busted (we found out after pouring liquid into one and having to clean again) and the knives are very dull which is quite dangerous. The cookware (skillet) is warped and does not sit flat in the stovetop. The mattress needs replacing. It has not been turned and use has created a large hump in the center. Other than the cleaning that we had to do upon arrival, our stay was nice and relaxing. The property is quiet. The pool hours are strictly enforced (8AM-8PM) which prevents a nice dip under the stars. It would be nice if the same security were present during the day to prevent non-guests from using the pool. The view is amazing and the sunsets from the balcony do not disappoint!

Great View - Needs Attention

This condo has a great view, the rental process was smooth, however, their are details in the condo that need some attention. The dining table was gross and needs to be replaced, the kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal, there is baseboard trim missing in places, and the walls need repainting.

Fun stay in a cute condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s not in the busy area but has plenty of good places to walk to shop, eat and explore. Great views from the balcony and the condo had everything we needed. The only complaint would be the mattress needs to be replaced.

Stay in Paradise

It was our 10th vacation on the island. It is a perfect place to run away from the craziness of busy urban life. The place is in the area of protected wild life refuge , so the presents of beautiful species was felt throughout our stay. It is a walking distance from the miles of soft sugar powder like beaches. The condo is facing the Gulf, so our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony were always accompanied by the view of happy dolphins swimming by. The place is comfortable for the family of three to four. It is in OK condition, the location and views compensated for few things that could be improved. Overall, we recommend the place and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our condo. Our granddaughter was especially impressed .

We are familiar with the area as I drove a school bus from Ft.Myers everyday across the beach and all the way to Bonita. Construction sucked but it means progress. Loved the experience overall. We live in Texas but plan to visit again. Thank you for an incredible stay!!!!
