This condo has a 10th floor view of the Gulf/beach, town and Estero Bay. The best of all worlds especially at night. This is a perfect place for a couples get away; very quiet and comfortable. Just imagine the stress melting away as you go out the elevators, past the pool and sun decks to the beach. You are just steps away from it all! The property also offers Tennis, Pickle Ball, Cornhole, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, bike racks, barbecue grills, community lounge areas, and property security cameras for your protection. To the north on the beach, there are jet ski rentals and other types of rentals. Across the street is a marina, shopping, and boat rentals. Everything you need in a convenient distance. This place is fully equipped with dish washer, refrigerator with water dispenser and dual ice makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, towels, sheets, hide-a-bed and privacy divider under the bed if needed, beach equipment, beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrellas, etc. We try to provide everything you will need to have a memorable vacation on the beach. Spectacular stay

We enjoyed a spectacular stay in paradise!! Beautiful and comfortable condo right on the beach with all amenities provided for a relaxing beach vacay! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming slice of heaven on earth!!

Estero Island Visit

Condo unit was very nice. Clean, nice views of ocean and bays. Well equipped with everything needed for your stay. Nice pool with short walk to ocean just outside the building. Would recommend for a nice relaxing stay and getaway.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our recent stay in this condo. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The owners were good to work with. This was our third stay at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and we always enjoy the area. We mostly relaxed and spent time on the beach while we were there, but there are good restaurants and shops nearby and plenty of things to do.

Fabulous condo!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was very clean, well stocked, plenty of room for storage (to unpack), nicely decorated. Great communication from the owners. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!

We were very happy with our stay. The owner had everything needed! We loved the privacy. The resort is working hard to make sure there will be no evidence of the hurricane! Very pleased with the whole experience!

FMB get away

Great location, south of the party hub of FMB. Nice pool, great beach access. Clean condo, all amenities. Did not use the internet during stay. Would definitely stay again.

Florida did not disappoint

This property was fantastic. The location was wonderful, just steps off of the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins almost every day and were blessed daily with beautiful sunsets. The property was very well described and had everything we needed including beach supplied. I hope we can stay again sometime!

Beach couple’s getaway

Darlene and John’s property was excellent. Clean and updated. All the amenities that you could ask for in the kitchen. Beach towels and umbrella, coolers and a wagon to take things to the beach. This is still an area under construction, even on the beach. So if you are aware of that situation, you will be fine staying here. The hosts are extremely responsive.

The bathroom sink faucet is very difficult to use. Room view of parking lot but can see the ocean from the side angle. Overall good location.

The Condo itself was very clean and provided nice amenities, no complaints on this. Overall the property in general still has some time before it's fully restored. That said, I will consider going back in two years once the restoration is complete.

Outstanding Condo!!

The condo is very nice, clean, and well kept. Everything you need to cook if inclined to. Plenty of space for two to four people. The free shell necklace is a pleasant touch. Parking is easy with plenty of space between vehicles. The facilities from the pool, outdoor furniture, restrooms, laundry room were clean and nice. The location is perfect, right on the beach. 7 restaurants within walking distance and grocery 2 miles away. We met and interacted with a number of different owners while at the pool. Everyone was very pleasant to be around and could not say enough great things about the property. The owners of this condo are very kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

So perfect

The location could not be better. It’s a short walk to lovely beaches or a short drive to others. Stores and restaurants nearby. View from balcony is wonderful. The host thought of everything and has included many extras. There is even a wagon to carry the beach chairs and beach umbrella. I normally don’t stay in a place that doesn’t have washer/dryer in the condo or especially one that doesn’t have a dishwasher? But for two people I was able to get over myself and wash dishes by hand. I think the condo would not feel quite as roomy with a dishwasher because as it was, it felt perfect, with lots of storage space and many extras to make the vacation perfect.

Everything as Expected and More

Our host was quick to respond to questions. The place was so clean and the pictures didn't do it justice. The balcony is roomy and you can see the whole island from there. We were able to see sunrise and sunset from up there. The place had everything we could have needed. An extra perk was that all the windows had electric blinds which were so nice when we didn’t want so much sun or wanted complete darkness. It was really nice to be so close to the beach and had everything to take down there. We didn't like the check-in process because it was outdoors and it was extremely windy and we had paperwork to fill out & waivers to sign because of the construction, but we realize that it is short term because of the hurricane damage that the whole Island endured. Getting anywhere on off off the island took extra time also due to construction along with the lack of businesses open. We were looking for a peaceful place to spend or 30th Anniversary and that was the perfect place.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was one of the many trips that we've taken to Florida as we go all the time. We absolutely had a great trip this time! John Donovan was the best host that we've had in our many years of going to Florida - BAR NONE! He responded to our questions and all correspondence within minutes. He really puts a lot of thought into how he rents his condo to make it comfortable and fun for his guests. He has everything you need right there. The location is perfect! It's close enough to be convenient to the action and far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Booking, check in and check out were very easy. The condo and property are very well maintained and the views are excellent! You can see the Gulf and the bay from the balcony. It's the best of both worlds. We will definitely be booking again with John and I highly recommend this condo. I can't say enough about it! The only complaint that I have is that vacation ended and I couldn't stay longer....

Paradise awaits!!

Total paradise package!! Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean, on the serene beach, or in the heated pool while making new friends are all at your fingertips!! All inclusive condo includes fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and absolutely everything you need for a beach day (towels, umbrella, chairs plus the wagon to carry it all!). I highly recommend this property if you want to stay in paradise!!

Great location

Very clean ,but dated. King bed was really hard and hide a bed was older. Tv reception was horrible. The tv was new and great, but no cable and the connections to apps was spotty. The location was fabulous, beach pool, nearby restaurants

This is the 4th unit we’ve used at Estero BTC and the location is perfect.

This unit is nice and quiet and away from the noisy elevator. The beach chairs, towels, and wagon were fabulous for the quick trip to the beach. The unit could use some updating but when you’re on vacation, you’re not in there that long.

The south end of Ft. Myers Beach is family friendly and still close to restaurants and shopping. There are restaurants and shopping across the street and several ways to get around the island if you don't have a car; Uber, Lee County Tram, walking, bike and golf cart rentals, etc.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club is family friendly and very well maintained. You will feel like a resident. Some of the amenities and activities are heated pool, three sun decks, barbecue grills, tennis court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, bicycle rack, lobby lounge areas, property security, and beach access. We feel that all of this makes the property unique.
