The Living Area greets you with comfortable furnishings, tiled floors, TV to watch your favorite programs and HUGE glass windows and sliders that bring in loads of sunlight and offer FABULOUS VIEWS! There's a sleeper sofa should you need to accommodate 2 extra overnight guests. The large Bedroom is outfitted with brand new coastal style furniture and has a beautiful Split Adjustable King-Sized Bed dressed in fresh linens to lull you to a restful sleep. Enjoy the newly remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen including that oh-so-important dishwasher. The table and chairs allow for intimate, eat-in dinners.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, a secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) are supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
