☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing against the shore. Just like the rest of the home, each of the four dreamy bedrooms features a well-thought-out design and beautiful views of the incredible natural setting.

Fern Room
The first bedroom is located on the north side of the third floor and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and the river. You can enjoy these views from the third-floor patio, which is directly accessible from the Fern Room. This section of the patio is outfitted with chaise lounge chairs and a small table. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, along with a futon that can fold down if you have additional guests (futon sheets are located in the closet). There’s also a private ensuite bathroom and a California closet so you can unpack and feel right at home.

Sandpiper Room
The second bedroom sits on the east side of the third level, giving guests in this room an incredible view of the sunrise. This bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a California closet.

Sea Oats Room
The third bedroom is on the south side of the third floor and has both river and ocean views. This room has a king-sized bed and a futon, and there is also a pack n’ play stored in the closet for any little ones you may be traveling with. Sheets for the futon are also stored in the closet. There’s access to the third-floor patio, and the area outside of the bedroom has two chaise loungers and a small table. In addition, the Sea Oats room has an ensuite bathroom with a California closet.

Bunk Room
The fourth bedroom sits on the first floor and features two beautiful custom-made full-over-full bunk beds. There is also a door that leads directly to the fantastic outdoor space. Kids of all ages love this room - and that includes the kids at heart!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
In addition to the spacious bedrooms, this dazzling home also boasts four full bathrooms, a half bath, and three outdoor showers - no need to worry about waiting your turn!

The three third-floor bedrooms (the Fern Room, the Sandpiper Room, and the Sea Oats Room) each have their own ensuite bathroom, complete with dual vanities, California closets, and luxurious walk-in showers. You can even glimpse the ocean while you’re taking a shower! The third full bathroom sits on the first floor and features dual vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a half-bath located on the main floor (second level).

☆☆ KITCHENS & LOUNGES ☆☆
Those who are traveling in big groups of friends or large families will have plenty of space to spread out and get some private time if necessary. There are two separate kitchens and a few different lounging areas spread across the first two levels.

First Floor
The first-floor kitchen is the smaller of the two and features all the basic cooking essentials, including a sink, full-size stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. There is a small card table with seating for three, along with bar seating for two up at the kitchen counter.

There is a cozy living room off of the first-floor kitchen, complete with plush sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV, board games, and a foosball table. This area also has a door to the backyard and a first-floor patio.

Second Floor
The second-floor kitchen is the main kitchen. It’s a bit larger and features a gas stove top, stainless steel appliances, and more counter space for cooking up gourmet meals for your whole group. This is also where you’ll go to get caffeinated each morning. The luxe coffee bar is fully stocked with a regular coffee machine, an espresso machine, a french press, and an electric water kettle for any tea lovers in your group. There’s even a pullout fridge and freezer for all your drinks and a blender (Blendtec) for your morning smoothies.

When it comes time to enjoy your meals, you can dine at the kitchen table (seating for four), gather around the massive dining room table (seating for 12), cozy up to the kitchen island (seating for three), or head out to the deck to the outdoor dining table (seating for 10).

To the right of the kitchen sits a second living room space, complete with comfy sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV, and access to the riverfront patio. There is an additional living space on this level with couches, a gas fireplace, and more breathtaking views of the outdoors.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
This spectacular property’s outdoor space is all about the stunning scenery that surrounds it. Take in the incredible views from the massive wraparound patios as you sit back on the comfy furniture, grill on the BBQ, or watch the sunrise/sunset from one of the many seating areas. After a long day at the beach, you can rinse off in one of the three outdoor showers located on the patios. The downstairs patio area also has a dunk tank to rinse your suits and a drying rack to hang them.

Enjoying a beach day is easy, simply walk down the boardwalk and access your own private beach (shared only with the next-door neighbors to the right). We have tons of fun beach goodies to help you get the real Florida beach experience, including beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, and sand toys (stored in the third-car garage).

You can also head to the river side of the property to enjoy fishing from the private dock. You use the dock to cast off with the paddleboards, watch for dolphins, or simply enjoy the solitude.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire property. You will have access to the home via a smart lock on the French doors that lead to the entryway. When you arrive through the shared driveway (with neighbors to the right), you will have ample room to park in the roundabout area. Garage parking can also be arranged upon request.

Please note that the private beach and access point are shared with the next-door neighbor.

Please be aware that even though it's a family-friendly home, The Salty Fig isn't child-proofed and the stairs don't have child gates. The elevator should only be used by adults, and no child under the age of 14 should enter the elevator without adult supervision. You can opt to turn it off to prevent children from using it.
