Cozy 3 Bedroom Hideaway Cottage Minutes From The Falls & Complimentary Breakfast

This cozy 3 bedroom cottage style home offers guests the convenience of a great location just minutes from Clifton Hill and the Falls. Enjoy your home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen and all the other comforts of home.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

As with our other rentals, I supply a compimentary heart breakfast each morning which consists of a hot entree, muffins, yoghurts, fresh fruits, and juices.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY

Our property is family and pet friendly.

THE SPACE

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The Keurig machine comes with a multitude of coffee and decaf coffee pods and I always supply a multitude of different teas.

The living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all located on the main level. There is one bedroom on the main level and 2 bedroom are located on the second floor.

There is a smart TV set up with Netflix in the living room and master bedroom. There is high speed internet available.

This is a perfect little rental in Niagara Falls. We were a group of 5 adults, and were very cozy in this rental. John delivers a fantastic hot breakfast at your desired time slot each morning. A definite bonus. The home has no dishwasher, but luckily us ladies brought our own The beds were very comfy and the AC was lovely. We were close enough to leave our car parked and walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls each day. There are fireworks at the Falls each night at 10pm. We walked down and back each night. The home was in a safe neighbourhood and is very clean. There were some reviews discussing an abandon warehouse, which made me nervous, but we discovered that it has been demolished. I would stay here again!

This house is disgusting. It smelled of mice urine. Mouse traps set. No cable or working tv. Air conditioning did not work. I have reached out to host but has not responded. Do not rent. It was so poor we left. Did not spend anytime there.

Niagra Falls in or near Clifton Neighborhood

Nice clean cozy home. Perfect location near all the Falls attractions.Only one drawback of sharing driveway with neighbors. So owner has a spot in front yard for a car.Breakfast in AM was a plus. Owner had ideas for activities too. Thanks John

Wonderful Vacation Home Close to Niagara Falls

Everything about the house was as advertised or better. Checkin was a breeze, everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is ridiculously close, well within walking distance to all the attractions around Niagara Falls. If that wasn’t enough, John brought a very delicious breakfast every morning. Highly, highly recommend this property

The house was clean, comfy and stocked nicely, a bit smaller than we thought but still suited our family of 4(2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly. The host was fantastic as he brought us breakfast every morning at 9am! The location was great and only a few minutes walk to the attractions but I don't recommend walking back to the house after dark, take your car and pay the 10 for all day parking, well worth it. Overall great value for the money and we would def stay there again :) Thank you

Cute, clean, convenient

This house was perfect for us for a few days at Christmas time. The breakfast was amazing! It was very nice to have a full kitchen and our own space for the holiday. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops and get around town. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We loved the location. The host was very sociable and pleasant. Brought us breakfast every morning. The home was reasonably clean, bedrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. However, the stove oven was deplorable. Hadn't been cleaned in a very long time so we did not use. We would suggest housekeeping be improved.

Great stay at Niagara Falls

Wonderful! Location of property was perfect - short walk to downtown and falls, but far enough away it was quiet. John’s breakfast service was top notch!! Included a great variety for everyone. House was exceptionally clean and provided plenty of towels, bedding, etc. Everyone during stay commented how great they slept on the beds! Thank you John! I will definitely book one of our properties when we return.

Good location

The property is in a very quiet road, close to everything so there's no need to use the car once parked. There's a small deck area outside which was a bonus and the delivered breakfasts were enjoyed by everyone.

The host is great with communications/recommendations and provided a warm daily breakfast, but this rental just wasn't the best for our 4y/o. There were no rugs downstairs as depicted in photos, and dirty floors left our bare feet black. I'm sure the host would have sent a cleaning crew had I asked, but we didn't want to be inconvenienced since we were also traveling with our dog. The house is a convenient short walk to Clifton Hill attractions and the Grand View Observation Deck/Niagara city cruises. Although our experience at the property wasn't great for us, I'm sure others will appreciate such an attentive host and ideal location.

Great Spot!

Everything was exactly as advertised, short walk to falls, nice and clean. Great A/C that kept us nice and cool at night despite hot, hot weather. Awesome breakfast as well!

Above and beyond host!

Extremely impressed with our stay! John was very accommodating, thoughtful and easy to contact. Great location (close to Clifton and all the attractions) and delicious fresh and hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Small but comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here while being tourists on the Canadian side of the falls. It's close to everything, but out of the super-busy areas. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast every morning was a wonderful bonus. The house was clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay there again.

Location!

The location is great! The host brought us hot breakfast every morning, nice touch! We had one small issue we didn't even know about, the host found out, fixed it, and let us know before we even knew there was a problem. Highly recommend you give this property a chance!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara falls! We chose this property because of the proximity to the falls and we were able to walk most places. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the falls and about 30 to get to the Journey Behind the Falls. Our children are now all young adults so keep that in mind, as it would probably be too far of a walk with littles. We did choose to drive in the evening when we knew we would be getting in late as there are some graffited buildings on the walk home. Having breakfast delivered in the morning was fabulous! French toast one morning and eggs and toast the second, along with a variety of bars, cheese, yogurts, juice, fresh fruit, and muffins. And we got to choose delivery time so we could cater to our family's schedule. Communication with John was so easy! He responded quickly and was very helpful. For any fellow runners, there is a nice paved trail that runs along the Niagara River if you want to get even more steps in. Some great bouldering in the area too!

Worth it for the breakfast alone

Staying at this location was worth it for the breakfast alone! The house is an easy walk to Clifton hill and the falls. The only negative is that there is an abandoned warehouse at the corner of the road that made us uncomfortable walking past at night with the kids. Those nights we just drove into town. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the host was wonderful. Would stay at this location again.

Super cute home within short walk to Clifton Hill and the falls. John was a great host and made the yummiest breakfast each day for us. Highly recommend saying here if you are looking for something within walking distance to everything.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.
I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.
