Esta hermosa casa de 2,000 pies cuadrados es moderna y limpia. Se asienta sobre 3 acres de hermosos paisajes y tiene una gran piscina y jacuzzi al aire libre.

La casa, recientemente renovada y convenientemente ubicada cerca del centro de Woodstock, tiene un diseño abierto de 2 pisos y ofrece una amplia sala de estar, 4 dormitorios y una sala de juegos en el sótano.

La sala de estar tenía un gran sofá en forma de L.
El área de lanzamiento tenía un sofá y es un gran lugar para relajarse y leer libros.

La cocina está abierta a la sala de estar e incluye todos los electrodomésticos, así como otras herramientas de cocina.

La mesa de comedor incluye asientos para 8 y se puede extender a 12 asientos.

Puede salir fácilmente del área de comedor a la terraza en el patio trasero. Es ideal para el entretenimiento y tiene una nueva parrilla y muebles de exterior. Una gran mesa exterior tiene 10 sillas.

Hay un medio baño en el primer piso.
En el sótano tenemos una sala de juegos donde niños y adultos pueden jugar y pasar el rato.

Una escalera separa los 4 dormitorios de arriba de las áreas de sala y comedor de abajo.
El dormitorio principal es grande y tiene una cama king size. El baño principal tiene una ducha.

La segunda habitación tiene 2 camas individuales cómodas y 2 colchones individuales adicionales debajo de las camas. Esta habitación es perfecta para 4 niños o adultos que quieran compartir una habitación.

El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king size y es lo suficientemente grande en caso de que se necesite agregar una cama de aire.
El cuarto dormitorio tenía una cama king size también.

Hay un baño adicional con bañera en este piso.

La piscina está vallada, no climatizada y está abierta durante los meses de verano. Aunque no se calienta, es un buen refresco en el caluroso verano y una buena adición a la bañera de hidromasaje. Hay 2 nuevas sillas de lanzamiento al lado de la piscina.

The house was a short drive to Woodstock, hikes, and activities. It was clean, well stocked with towels, cooking supplies, and condiments. The beds were VERY comfortable and it was nice having king beds in the bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Family getaway

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay in the Modern Farmhouse. The kitchen is well stocked (although we struggled to get the oven to stay on - not sure what we were doing since it was electric). Bedrooms are comfortable and mattresses are great. Basement is unfinished, but okay for playing ping pong. There are quite a few private roads in the Catskills and they are plowed by contracted individuals. Unfortunately, we all drive hybrids that do not have all wheel drive, and this causes us headaches when we go skiing. Modern farmhouse host was wonderful and responded to our concerns quickly. We were able to enjoy the house and spend time hiking, skiing and in Woodstock. Would definitely go back!

Summer get away

We really enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed and the backyard area was very fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get away from the city and enjoy a pool and hot tub.

Great space and location

The beds were all comfy and awesome that they’re king sized, so it can accommodate a larger group. The house is super close to Woodstock but also just down the street from Bearsville restaurants. You do have privacy though a new house is being built next door, so we heard that noise during the day, which wasn’t terrible honestly. If you have little ones they would need to wear shoes on the deck. And the igniter on the grill wasn’t working, but would start up with matches or a lighter. Overall, it was just what we were looking for.

Location, location, location!

A can't-be-beat location, just a stones throw from Woodstock, on a private drive that feels charmingly secluded. The beds are extremely comfortable, with soft linens. Hava was easy to communicate with, super-responsive, and checked in on us throughout our stay.

Cute house near Woodstock

This cute house is a 10-minute drive from Woodstock, close enough to a town with shopping and good restaurants but far enough away that it feels private. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a hot tub and ping pong table! Sitting in the hot tub while it lightly snowed was magical! The tv gave us some problems but we we were able to log in with our own Netflix account. Wifi signal was strong.

Big Open Floor Plan Home- Cold pool

House had a great open floor plan that allowed everyone to be together without actually being in same room- kids were able to watch TV while adults were in kitchen or LR and got to talk. The bedrooms were spacious and the play room in basement was nice added feature. The big deck in the back and table were great and we spent a lot of time out there . The grill worked great and we used it frequently. The yard was spacious and kids were able to play many games and enjoyed the swing and hammock. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating and responsive as was her caretaker too. The negative for our group was the temperature of the pool- It might of been my fault for not checking about a heated pool- but the temperature of the beautiful pool was 58 degrees. We had 5 children ranging from 6-0 and ALL they wanted to do was play in the pool and it was simply was too Cold for them. Unfortunately our plans for the weekend was just to hang on deck and cook and have kids play in pool for 6- 8 hrs a day. If you don't have young kids this house is perfect!! But if your expecting a weekend in the pool- this inst the house or until they get a working heater. Great house for several couples- we love to come back without the kids LOL

Cute, Clean and welcoming

We spent the weekend hoping to get out and hike but with rainy weather we didn’t get the chance. Luckily the house was perfect for us to cook and hang out inside and play games. Hava was quick to reply to questions! I’d recommend this house to anyone thinking of hiking or visiting the Catskills area. The house was very clean. Linens and towels were clean and nicely arranged in each of the bedrooms.

A pleasant stay

We loved staying at this house. Was a fantastic getaway from the bustling New York City. Decour was modern and eclectic, very tasteful, which is important for us. The rooms were spacious and inviting, from the comfort of the beds to the fluffy sheets, which were clean and fresh. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The kids loved hanging out in the pool, and hiking in the area is also lovely. Overall was very comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this house.

We had a super relaxing weekend at Hava's home.

We are a family of five and Hava's House couldn't have been more perfect. From the spacious open floor plan living room and kitchen to the light filled bedrooms with it's comfy beds. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard and we all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Communication with Hava was prompt and super friendly. Removed from the bustle of Woodstock but close enough to get your organic groceries at the market five minutes away. We would definitely come back and are thinking to look into the summer as they also have a pool! Thank you Hava.

Convenient and roomy.

Modern may not be the right adjective, perhaps eclectic is more appropriate. Plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and a baby. Large above ground pool looks nice, but way too cold to use, even in early July. Easy access to Bearsville and Woodstock. Hava was responsive immediately when questions arose.

Fantastic property with great indoor and outdoor space in beautiful location

Perfect property for a quiet getaway in a fantastic little town with enough to keep you busy without jeopardising the sense of escaping a busy city. Easily accommodated our group of 7 adults, 2 children and 2 babies and had great outdoor space, pool, jacuzzi, dining area and BBQ - even had plenty of green space for the kids to throw a football around! The house was everything we were hoping for and more, and Hava was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful Home!

I stayed at this property with my family of five adults and three grandsons ages 11, 8 and 5. The house was perfect in every way. Hava, the owner, was great to deal with and available by email throughout our stay if we had any questions. Upon arrival the house was very clean and modern with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There is a great big backyard (in the woods!) with a 30 foot pool and hot tub. There is a big table and chairs out on the deck, along with a gas grille. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms are updated and everything you would need is there for you. The bedrooms (3 KINGS and 2 Twins) had beautiful linens and all beds were very comfortable. It's rare you find a rental with 3 KINGS! The towels in the bathrooms were plentiful and new. There is a great dining table off the kitchen that seats 10 as well as a counter with stools. Just bring your clothes and food and you are all set. The house is a short drive from the town of Woodstock with wonderful shops, activities and restaurants. In Bearsville you will find a few good restaurants as well as the Bearsville Theatre. There is music and art all around you during your stay. For rainy days, there is a finished basement for kids play or yoga and an adjacent ping pong table. If you are looking for a clean, modern home in a very quiet and peaceful location, but minutes to town, this is it! If you are lucky you might see a bear. We did!! (from a safe distance!!) We have rented from Home Away several times and this was our best spot yet. We would definitely come again. Thank you Hava for sharing your wonderful retreat with my family.

beautiful home

Last weekend my family (3 adults and 3 children) and another family (2 adults and 2 kids) rented this house and had a wonderful time. It fit all of us comfortably. The house has a large kitchen and 2 different sitting area's so everyone was able to spread out. Plus not to forget the playroom in the basement for the kids to play in. A town with great shops and restaurants is under 10 miles away. We have already started to look at dates to rent this house again in the summer so we can enjoy the pool and stay longer then just 3 nights.

Highly recommended

Hava's place is gorgeous and peaceful. It is situated up on a little hill and it is so quiet and pretty. The living area and launch area are specious and open and connect you straight to the huge back yard. The hot tub works great and we really enjoyed cooking on the grill and having lunch outside. We highly recommend the house and the Woodstock area!

A great experience

The house is new, specious and super clean. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and just spend time together. The layout is open and the area is quite and peaceful. Hava was easy to communicate with and she did a great job designing the interior of the house. Thank you, we had such a great time!
