Summit 307D 3Br Condo Close to the Village

SUMMIT 307D: 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master Queen, BR #2 Queen, BR #3 (2) Twin Beds. Updated and refreshed 3rd floor Summit condo with million dollar sunset views! New paint, light fixtures and window treatments throughout. The primary (queen) and guest bedrooms (queen and twins) are comfortably appointed with new 14” memory foam mattresses, which comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Bathrooms have tile floors, heat lamps, and newer appointments. An expansive sectional and two swivel chairs round out the living room with electric fireplace, and dining for six with 3 additional bar stools are available at the counter. The kitchen is well stocked with crock pots, coffee maker, Keurig, Ninja mini blender, vegetable chopper, new pans, knives, and plenty of dishes and glassware for your ski weekend. The kitchen provides tons of storage, and a cabinet full of puzzles and games for your aprés ski fun! There is a 55” Smart tv in the living room with additional tvs in each bedroom. Ski and snowboard storage is located inside the front door and outside in the common area. Condo is at the top of the stairs, close to the stairs to the village, and steps from the shuttle route.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy walk to slopes and restaurants. Very clean… only issue we had was the temp of the room with the two beds. It was awfully hot. My family of boys really enjoyed their stay!!!

A perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect holiday weekend getaway. The location was ideal. The children ages 13-16 could go off on their own to the village which was located right up the stairs. We could walk to dinner, shops, swimming, skiing, snowmobiling, restaurants and everything else you needed for the weekend. The shuttle was easy to use and there were plenty of games to play in the evenings. The home had a well-stocked kitchen, the fireplace was cozy, and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Great spot for a ski weekend!

This was a great spot to stay for a long weekend of skiing at Snowshoe. The deck provided awesome views of the sunset, there was plenty of room for 6 adults, and we had everything we needed to enjoy the space. The shower drains were a little slow to drain but a very minor complaint. Plentiful shuttles took us everywhere we wanted to go on the mountain for free, and walking to/from the slopes was less than five minutes. Beware the staircase to the resort during an ice storm though, it's slippery! Overall, we would love to stay here again if and when we return to Snowshoe.

Family of 4 Ski Trip

This property was perfect for our needs. We have two children aged 10 and 12, and both were able to have their rooms. The place was conveniently located within walking distance of the slopes, allowing family members to walk back when they were ready and others to stay and ski. There is a mudroom when you walk in with a place to keep skis and coats and a bench to sit down on. The only thing that was a struggle was the stairs to the slopes, but it wasn't too bad. We would and will stay here again.
