Fully remodeled with high speed internet, Samsung Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and updated theme appliances in the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Snowbowl. Fenced yard features gazebo, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table, and BBQ grill.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the eclectic neighborhood and location in the center of things – we are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
