Welcome to our luxurious studio condo in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida at Beach and Tennis Club. We are located on the 8th Floor of Bldg. 2.

This stunning property has breathtaking sunsets that you can see from our private balcony for you to relax and unwind while listing to the waves. We are a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use.

Our beautiful studio comes with everything you need for a stress-free beach vacation. Enjoy your time on our private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area to relax in and complimentary Wi-Fi, the table behind the sofa provides a space for those of you who need to stay connected while away.

We offer a plush King Size Bed and can accommodate 2 guests. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and a small cooler are provided for you. Linens and bathroom towels are provided to ensure a hassle-free vacation. We are steps away from the beach with a pristine shoreline to enjoy. Spend time soaking up the sun, shelling, and relaxing, walk the beach to the nearby Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jacks and The Fish House. It’s just a short drive to shopping, grocery stores and more. Our place is the prefect fun in the sun - beach gateway location.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Parking: The manager’s office will provide a parking pass free of charge. You will need to get your pass upon arrival during business hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, located in Building 4 on the ground floor. If you arrive after hours, please write down your phone number and the unit you are renting, leave it on the dash until you can visit the office during open hours.

No Smoking Allowed, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony.

No Pet Allowed: Service Animals permitted with proper paperwork submitted prior to arrival date.

No Parties Allowed.
