Club de playa

El club de playa es un complejo privado de tres pisos y cerrado. El Beach Club es un edificio en forma de U que se encuentra en la arena, no hay una calle concurrida o un paseo marítimo que lo separe de la playa. Cuenta con su propia piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y zona de barbacoa en el amplio atrio del jardín.

Tu unidad # 301

La Unidad # 301 está en el tercer piso y le ofrece una hermosa vista al suroeste con vista al parque de césped y al océano. Te relajarás con el sonido relajante de las olas del océano. Tendrás tu propio balcón privado, soleado y directo frente al mar.

Relájese en un pintoresco pueblo de playa, pasee por la tranquila playa. ¡Camina por el viejo muelle de pesca y trae tu caña y cebo! Excelente surf! Mira o participa! We just loved our vacation in this unit. The staff was very helpful with a few technical difficulties we experienced. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Thank you for a great vacation.

Vacation Success

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. There were 4 of us altogether. The apartment size was absolutely perfect for all of us. The furnishings were great, except for a beach chair that broke on someone. There was the essentials to get us through the meals (bring your own toiletries). The weather was perfect and the balcony view and beach access was the best part! There were restaurants nearby and a liquor store right downstairs to supply our wine and coffee. Overall, a great experience and time was had by all. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

The ice maker did not work and it sounds like the dryer is about blow.

The garage door was broken, and the locks to use the elevator and get in the beach access was all messed up.

Good, but not great

We have stayed at other units in this building in the past. This unit is on the top floor (nice) but it overlooks the park and is closer to the street. So it's a bit noisier than other units. Considering that it was Memorial day weekend, it wasn't all that bad. The only other issue we had was that we didn't get the door unlock code in any of the pre-arrival emails. I called the property manager when we arrived at 3:30 and got an answering machine and left a message. Went to the office, nobody there. Called again, got the machine, left another message. Got the code via email shortly after. Property manager called to make sure we got in around 4:45. The beach is lovely, but you are advised not to go in the water due to sewage contamination from Mexico. It's fine for walking/hanging out, though.

Excellent Location and View but bad Odor in Kitchen,Cleanliness is not good.

Booked this apartment for 4 days and everything looks good till we entered the apartment. Bad odor in kitchen and utensils were not cleaned and smelling very badly and on top no hand hash and no utensils soap. Called up the office to take care of bad odor in the kitchen and they came back with one air freshener refill. Nothing done to fix the problem nor they have the air freshener spray. Bought one from market and used it during the entire stay. On the same night when we tried using dishwasher it didn't work and found water was logged in the dishwasher, called up the emergency number no one picked. On Sunday again called up the emergency number as office was closed but didn't get response till I contacted the owner. Finally dishwasher was fixed on Sunday afternoon. Will all this said the location of apartment is very good and the view from apartment is excellent. Hope will have better experience next time.

Great location!

My unit was a little tired, but quite clean. Some minor upgrading would be nice… a Keurig, some extra garbage cans, etc. The w/d were in need of servicing as they were rather loud and the elevator call button for the third floor was not always responsive. But overall very comfortable accommodations.

Great Unit

This is a great unit; the view is wonderful, the unit is clean, the furniture is comfortable. Only one shared wall (so it's less noise from neighbors). I'd absolutely stay in this unit again.

Lovely location

We had a very nice time staying here. The pool and spa were nice, the condo was in a great location with a fantastic view. There was a bit of disrepair in the unit, sadly, but overall we had a lovely time.

Great location!

We loved our stay! We had 5 adults and utilized the air mattress. The location was great! The breeze with the windows open was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again. Directions for check-in and out were clear and easy to follow. Property is dated, but is perfect for a vacation (or to attend a wedding at the Coronado!)and literally is steps from the beach.

Idyllic beach getaway

Beautiful views of the beach and ocean including the IB fishing pier. Local restaurants easily in walking distance. Secure unit w convenient parking, just a dozen or so miles from SAN.

The house was overlooking the beach and that is always a bonus. It was not readily handicap accessible but we made it work.

A great beach vacation

This condo had a great ocean view, with amazing sunsets. Also important to know if you're reading reviews: this place had a comfy master bed and great shower :) The property communication was fast and helpful, and handled our issues quickly. We were promised that the unit had a beach umbrella and boogie boards, but they weren't there when we arrived. After contacting management, they promptly brought the missing items. Without these, we wouldn't have enjoyed the beach as much. Otherwise, the included beach chairs and towels made for a relaxing and fun vacation. The unit is a bit older, but seems well-cared for and felt clean. The kitchen isn't very well stocked, but the grills on the first floor worked for cooking our own meal instead of going out during the pandemic.

The place was quiet with a great view of the beach and ocean.

This place was not to bad. Dishes were not cleaned and we found broken dishes mixed with other dishes. All in all I would stay again.

Perfect access to the beach.

Imperial Beach SanDiego vacation unit 301

Unit location was beach side with fantastic views of the Imperial Beach pier and park. Easy access to I75 and I5 with shopping within a couple miles as well. Unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. Had some issues initially with the A/C unit but was handled quickly and efficient;y by Trish and the maintenance staff. The pool is currently closed, I suppose because of the Covid19 scare, but the condo next to us was open and also a few other pools in town were open. Even though we had the entire beach in front of us, it would have been nice for the grandkids to take a dip in the pool once in a while. If a pool is important to you, you may want to ask prior to going. Other than that, we enjoyed our balcony and beach time. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Getaway

Just what we had hoped for - beach front, sunset viewing, comfortable getaway. The place was easy to find, simple directions to access, beautiful inside and close to everything, including the beach right below is. Views were spectacular all day with pier and palm trees.

Unhappy with condo

stayed June 8-12. I am writing to advise of several items. 1. The grills were not working, and no where was it posted that the grills were not operational. 2. The elevator was not working on 6/11. 3. Loud construction taking place Wednesday thru Friday 4. No hot water on 6/10 in the morning 5. The dishwasher did not work. I tried several times to use it and the dishes did not get cleaned. I ended up hand washing the dishes. 6. The blow up mattress stayed inflated for less than 10 minutes, which resulted in my son sleeping on the living room floor. 7. Most of the kitchen appliances were old and outdated as well as the hair dryer. It almost seemed as if the appliances were bought at a rummage sale. 8. The first day we were there a sign was posted on the beach stating no swimming due to high sewage levels. I emailed this list to the management company and received a reply stating we should have reported the issues during our stay. My response was “why did they happen in the first place?”

Very enjoyable

This property worked great for our vacation. It is not a brand new building but everything is well maintained and tended to. Felt comfortable and secure. The unit we chose, 301, was perfect for us. Up high enough to enjoy the view from the balcony of the beach, sunsets, surfers, pier, and the people in the park toward the left. Really liked the decor- I don’t like the typical “seashore “ pastels and artwork. The strong colors and sea life paintings in 301 were a welcome touch. Regarding negatives - we did not call the manager during our visit because it wasn’t necessary. That said here are some points for the record: drapes on the picture windows to block the heat of the sun during the day would save electricity for air conditioning! The iron needs to be replaced. As mentioned in other reviews, the master bed is kinda wonky where you sit to get up - you can slide off! But we slept fine. Overall, great place!
