Bright and Airy Beach House-close to beach and inlet for paddleboard/kayaking

Enjoy a stay in this updated bright and airy home close to everything! Just two blocks walk or bike ride to the beach (8 badges included) or inlet, where you can fish, paddleboard/kayak, or simply watch the boats come and go. Take a short bike ride to visit our quaint downtown to shop, dine, or grab an ice cream cone. The house is equipped with everything you need for a family beach vacation (chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, fishing poles, and more!) Dogs are welcome to stay, pending pre-approval and additional deposit. Manasquan even has its own "dog beach" which is a unique place to hang with your furry friend! Weekly bookings Sunday to Sunday (skip the shore traffic!) during peak season, will book fewer days off-season (please send direct message to inquire).
*As this is a pet-friendly property, pets are regularly present, or may be present within two weeks preceding the scheduled stay of the prospective renter.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy and quaint beach house! Just a few blocks from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The home was charming, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower after sandy days at the beach. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely rent again!

Amazing House!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach house. The location is great and the property was absolutely for our family. We loved having dinners in the backyard and the close proximity to the beach. It was clean and had great amenities that made our stay so enjoyable!

Great place, close to the beach

House was great and very close to the beach. I went with my parents, husband and 6 year old daughter. Clean house with easy checkin. No kids toys or house games but a few bikes for adults, and a boogie board. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and well maintained

The property was 2 and a half blocks from the beach. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The house was clean and well stocked with linens and paper goods. There was a great area in the back to sit and chat and grill food. It was everything we were looking for in a beach get away.

My family has been staying in beach houses for years this one had it all. It was beautifully appointed and the amenities were amazing. I wish we were there under better circumstances and we were staying longer. Angela was a gracious and attentive host making sure we had everything we needed. thank you!

wondeful home

We were so happy that this home was a lovely as advertised. Totally updated and clean. Bed and bath linens were supplied and beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great as it is only a few blocks from the beach, an easy walk. There is a walking boardwalk along beach which was perfect a stroll or run. Close to town and other stores to stock on food, etc. We hope to return soon.

Fantastic!

The home was delightful in every way! Located a short walk/bike ride from the beach and downtown. Angela was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Most outstanding was Angela’s and her team’s response to a plumbing problem we had. The issue was addressed immediately and resolved within a couple of hours. Amazing property and host! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Everything you could ask for

Beach house beautiful, clean, high end furnishings and quality of supplies. Everything provided, didn’t need a thing but our own food So close to beach and quite neighborhood. Angela couldn’t have been more accommodating pre visit and during stay. Always available for any needs. We were excited about being there for my grand daughters wedding but the icing on the cake was the pure enjoyment of our entire stay.

Manasquan Bright and Airy Beach Rental

The house was perfectly appointed with beautiful decor and all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for walking to the beach situated on a quiet cup de sac with no thru traffic. Very quiet neighborhood. The owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. Angela even mailed me a few items I had left in the bathroom. All around a wonderful experience for my entire family.

Wonderful beach vacation

We loved our vacation in Manasquan due in part to the lovely home we rented and it’s proximity to the beautiful beach. Although the rental fee was high for our six day stay, we appreciated the airy lightness of the home, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, beds and baths, the new appliances, the many amenities generously provided (even spices were available for cooking), the inviting sleekness of the patio, and the hassle-free fluidity of each exchange with the owners. All of the expectations were clearly outlined and there were no hidden costs. The owners even surprised us by sending a delicious baked treat during our stay. We loved our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Wonderful home for a Manasquan location!

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped home in a key location, just a short walk from the beach. The photos are wonderfully accurate. I loved how bright and airy the home is. We were quite happy here and sad to leave! Angela is a great host, very responsive to our needs. The one possible drawback is that for guests who are mobility impaired, there are a lot of steps. By sleeping on the first floor, which has a bathroom and a bedroom (with bunks), it is possible to minimize the stair-climbing but not avoid it altogether. I mention this only because I know some families with kids might want to invite along the grandparents for a family vacation. So just be sure that everyone in your party is okay with stairs.

Hidden Gem

We loved our recent visit to Manasquan, and especially our stay in this house! Everything was ready to go upon our arrival to settle in and start enjoying all there is to offer in the area. The house is perfectly situated on a street with minimal car traffic, equidistant to the beach and watercraft launch, both within a five-minute walk. The downtown strip of shops and restaurants are also close enough to bike or walk. In addition to numerous beach chairs, surf boards, and boogey boards, we were pleasantly surprised to find many bikes, fishing rods, and paddle boards with life jackets stored for our use under the house, and in new or almost-new condition. The house itself is appointed with very high-quality finishes and furniture that made us have to remember it was not our very own. We feel as though we found a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return next year!
