This 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront pool home has a large and bright open floor plan with many gathering areas in it's 2,100 square foot space. The outdoor entertaining area features a covered lanai, screened 15’ x 26’ pool with a beautiful canal water view, and true western exposure to enjoy fabulous sunsets. The inviting floor plan has two separate dining areas with retractable glass doors to the pool and water views, breakfast bar, den/game room with queen sleeper sofa (This can become a 4th small bedroom), and spacious family room with wet bar. The master suite features a king size bed, his and hers walk-in closets, vanity area with sink plus separate bath with walk-in shower. The split bedroom plan provides guests privacy with two additional bedrooms offering large closets and shared bath including dual sinks, walk-in shower and door access to the pool. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. A large laundry room is located at the back of the house with a full size washer and dryer. All appliances are electric.

Entertainment:
-TV's are located in the family room, den, lanai and master bedroom
-2 adult bikes with helmets for guest use available in the garage
-2 fishing poles with tackle available for guest use (one adult, one child)
-18 pool noodles, baby float, pool toys, and soft cooler available for guest
use in the storage bin and cabinets on the lanai
-8 beach towels

Our Welcome Pack includes the following:

Guest access
The garage is not available to park in, but is accessible for the bikes and grill. The grill can be pulled out onto the driveway to use.

Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals are available in the area). Ponce De Leon Public boat ramp and Laishley Park boat ramp are nearby and accessible to Charlotte Harbor and the canal to the house. NEW 13,000 lb. boat hoist should be available by mid Nov.

The Punta Gorda Airport is a 13 minute drive away and Fort Myers International Airport is within 45 miles.
Other things to note
Please Note: The pool does not have a child safety gate around it and is swim at your own risk. Also this is alongside a sailboat canal and has no fence along the canal front.
