Luxurious Waterfront Estate w/private Tennis Court/Pool/Dock - Spectacular View!

Disconnect from your busy life in our spectacular Resort-like Estate. Our home is grand and it offers everything you need to enjoy a beautiful, peaceful and fun family stay. You will have plenty of activities to do at the house and so many places to visit nearby. You will fall in love with the area! This house is very exclusive and is rented a maximum of 2 times per year. A rental agreement needs to be signed and will be submitted for HOA approval.

It is one of the biggest waterfront properties in the area (with over 5,300 sq ft of living area in an acre lot) and the only one with a private professional tennis court. The house has been decorated with sophistication with designer furniture and top notch appliances. Every corner was carefully themed out to make you feel as if you are in a luxurious tropical paradise. The guest house (5th Room) is detached and has a small living room area and dining room. It also has spectacular views of the Banana River and our lush gardens.

You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Banana River from our oversized dock, watching endless sunrises and evenings, dolphins, manatees, pelicans, herons and more. Witness many rocket launches! You may rent your own boat and jet skies just 8 minutes away from the house. We have kayaks and paddleboards for your use.

The heated-pool offers endless hours of fun for the whole family. We have two saunas, one by the pool and the other one inside the Master Bathroom.

Our home is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the Marina, 8 minutes away from the boat and jet ski rental, 10 minutes away from Cocoa Beach, 20 minutes from Port Canaveral, 27 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center, 50 minutes away from Orlando International Airport, 40 minutes from Melbourne Airport and 60 minutes away from Islands of Adventure Theme Park and other Attractions.

Spectacular stay

My family had a wonderful time at this truly beautiful property. We had high hopes going in, and it exceeded expectations. From the excellent communication with Cindy to the spotless rooms with high-end finishes to the house being stocked with everything we could possibly want (and then some!), we couldn't have asked for anything more. We even were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from the backyard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

A Heavenly Retreat

Cindy's property was absolutely stunning and by far the best place we've ever stayed in! The place was spotless and decorated beautifully. Our favorite part was the incredible VIEW. Waking up to such beautiful, serene water every morning felt like we were living in a dream and made us want to stay even longer! Getting to enjoy our coffee every morning on the private dock was such a treat. Cindy, you were so helpful and great to communicate with. I couldn't recommend this property enough and can't wait to come back.

Amazing getaway !

What an amazing place. Aside from all the amenities, our Host Cindy was always available for any question, and made everything effortless. She was wonderful. This home home is paradise. Luxurious and cozy. We did not need to leave anywhere as there was plenty to do in the property. We played tennis, kayak, Enjoyed the pool, as well as hours fishing with the kids. For an extra treat, we were lucky to see a spaceX rocket launch from the comfort of the deck. We will definitely return, and we highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

WOW, just WOW!

I feel pictures don't do justice. There is this wow factor when you enter the house and tour it. It's like it has so many rooms to discover and every one of them with exquisite coastal decor and an amazing view! They greeted us with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and our family name on it, so special! There were so many things to do inside the house for both children and adults, impossible to get bored. The host is very responsive and has a detailed house book and like the other reviewer said, the house is well appointed. And everything is so calm in this little island, makes you forget about the busy world we live in. We even got to see a family of dolphins from the dock! I just wish we had more days to enjoy it. We will definitely visit again!

Outstanding Week, Gorgeous Home, Generous Host!

I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was at this gorgeous home on Merritt Island. The photos don't do it justice...the home was immaculate, the check-in process was seamless, the communication with the host, Cindy, was second-to-none, and the amenities were plentiful, to say the least. The home is beautifully decorated and had a "home away from home" feel. The beds and linens are high-quality and comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious with excellent views from each. We were fortunate enough to spend the Thanksgiving holiday in the home, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking such a large meal. Cindy provided every appliance and serving dish you can think of. There is plenty of room for dining, so everyone can spread out. The outdoor activities are incredible, from tennis/pickleball to kayaking, yard games, pool/hot tub & sauna, fishing on the dock...you name it! Cindy even provided bicycles of all sizes for the kids and adults. There are plenty of activities in the house for rainy days and evenings, including air hockey, pool/billiards, and board games. The location is perfect, situated between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Thank you again, Cindy, for an incredible experience!

Great "vacation-ey" feeling!

We had a fantastic stay. This house has one of the most vacation-y feeling environments you could hope for. Cindy was a great host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and be available for issues. The master bathroom feels like you've entered a spa at a hotel/salon. There's a double skylight shining down on a large tub and a sofa. The master bedroom was spacious and all the secondary bedrooms were too (king-sized mattresses). Amazingly all the mattresses were comfortable, too. The house was very well-stocked. The river is right outside for a great view and we were able to view two launches from Cape Canaveral. The pool was beautiful and very comfortably warm for swimming. They supplied lots of things for the beach and there so many games to play which was really fun. We also enjoyed playing tennis too. No place is perfect and we did have 2 clogged toilets. But Cindy sent a plumber promptly and will be replacing one of them. Also, the guesthouse had a fumy smell. The humidifier kind of helped, but didn’t remove it completely. Since we had a small party, we ended up not using the guesthouse at all. A thing to watch out for are the red ants on the deck. Cindy did provide ant spray and so we sprayed the piles but they would move the next day to another spot. We were careful not to stand in one place for too long (and monitor for ants when sitting). But, these were minor quibbles for what was a great stay and a highly recommended home.

I am sorry you had to deal with a few ant piles (colonies). Even when we have pest control, these little pests can sometimes be hard to completely eliminate during certain times of the year. Fire ants and ghost ants are indigenous in Cocoa Beach. Glad the sprayer helped to keep them off. With regards to the fumy smell in the guest house, it is mostly because it was closed and had no use for many years. After we rehabbed it, installed new impact windows, a new A/C unit, and enabled a dehumidifier, the smell of humidity has been leaving the room slowly. There is nothing moldy or unhealthy in there and the smell is not noticeable anymore. And I’m sorry that 2 bathrooms got clogged. To be honest with you, we never had this problem before even with parties of 10-12 people, so not sure why that happened. Either way, glad we were able solve the problem promptly for you. Again thanks for your honest and kind review. We take really good care of our guests and try to provide them with the best possible experience because we consider them (you) a blessing to our family.

Welcome to our vacation home! We are so excited to share with you one of our biggest blessings and treasures! This house is very special to us. We have designed each space with so much love and effort hoping that you can create everlasting memories with your loved ones in it.

Please treat our house with respect, we are very picky as to whom we let in. Sorry, but no pets are allowed in this property as it poses a health issue to my family. Sadly, we suffer of really bad allergies. Also, please respect our neighbors as they are all retired and live very peaceful and quiet lives. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This place is magical. We bought this house to disconnect from our crazy Miami lives and have found it to be one of our favorite places on earth. We get to enjoy indoor/outdoor activities together as a family and it is also perfect for those moments when we just want to be alone in meditation. The view is breathtaking, we can spend hours just sitting by our dock enjoying the breeze and looking for dolphins.

We love going around the city looking for new places, dining around the different restaurants in Coco Village, Merritt Island, Coco Beach and Cape Canaveral. When we have family over, we also take them to tour Ron Jon, the Pier, to see the Cruise ships and to relax by the beach. NASA's Kennedy Space Center is a short drive away and must to take the children. So many times we have seen rocket launches just flying up in our blue skies while sitting in our dock or balcony.

We love how friendly and relaxed everyone is in the area. I guess the island residents have discovered the real meaning of happiness and peace in this place. This house is our little piece of paradise and we want to share it with you.
