Ubicado en el legendario "Camino a la felicidad" (Ruta 413) en la playa de Dogman y María. Tres Amigos ha sido construido con el viajero sofisticado en mente. ¡Tres Amigos mira directamente al océano y si eres un grupo de surf, puedes caminar por la parte de atrás y remar! Tres Amigos tiene acceso a la playa y una terraza al aire libre, ventanas w Anderson y puertas corredizas de vidrio, aire central, televisión por satélite con pantallas de 50 "en la sala de estar y 32" en cada habitación, parrilla de gas, WiFi, un generador de respaldo que alimenta toda la casa y una ducha al aire libre para salir de la playa. Renovamos cuidadosamente esta casa para el viajero exigente en base a nuestro conocimiento de Rincón y nuestros 14 años de alquiler de alquileres de vacaciones. Ubicado en el barrio de Ensenada de Rincón, está básicamente a 1 milla de todo y a poca distancia de Villa De Zecheo, Villa Playa Marias, Calypso Cafe, Bohio, el faro, Dogman Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Playa y todas las increíbles atracciones que Rincón tiene para ofrecer. This place had everything we wanted and more. It’s close to most everything we needed while still being far enough away for quiet relaxation. There’s a nice snorkeling spot maybe a hundred yards or so from the back door. This is a perfect home for a relaxing family vacation

Great Beach Vacation

Clean house, close to the beach. Easy check-in. Wi-fi got 35 Mbps in the living room. Comfortable beds. Hot showers. Excellent.

Great location

Great location on the island. We spent a few days in San Juan and this rental in Rincon was the perfect contrast. There are so many nice beaches and sites nearby. The location was perfect for us.

Wonderful accommodation!

What a gorgeous wooden home with all the amenities we could ask for. Felt like we were in the jungle with all the night sounds from the beautiful surrounding greenery. And really conveniently located for beaches, restaurants and exploring Rincon.

Family Trip

We loved staying at Tres Amigos. It is an ideal property and Daniel is an excellent host. The deck is amazing and there were so many perks, like snorkeling gear. I would definitely stay here again.

Rincon surfing

Tres Amigos is ideally located near Maria's, Dogman's, Steps, Domes, and so many other great surf spots. We enjoyed walking to Calypso's for dinner and drinks. The front deck is awesome for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has AC but we didn't need it with the cool breezes and ceiling fans.

Rincon vacation

The perfect spot in Rincon. We stay for 7 days before a wedding and will definitely be coming back again. They had everything we needed for the beach. Plenty of parking and great views of the ocean.

Family Vacation Trip

Amazing home with beach access, amazing deck to grill and entertain. We had an amazing time with our adult kids at this wonderful home. Downtown Rincón has plenty of bars and restaurants.

Loved it!

This place was everything we needed and absolutely spotless. Location is perfect and easy access to town and activities. Nice touch with plenty of beach chairs, and even snorkeling gear. The layout with two bedrooms on the main floor, and a separate suite below was perfect for my friend and I when his son and girlfriend joined us. Great communication and easy check-in/checkout. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tres Amigos house. The view from the deck is unreal. You can hear the ocean from the deck. The walk to the beach is easy…the place is so clean. There are more than enough beach towels, beach chairs. Danny’s information packet has great recommendations from restaurants to surfing lessons. We would stay here again and bring the whole family. He has three rentals on the same property.

Great location and home

Home has a great location right across the road from the beach and looks out over an empty lot to the ocean. Guests are able to access the beach by crossing the lot across the street. While the beach right in front has a rocky shore, it is a very short walk down the beach for a sandy entrance to the water. The deck is a wonderful place to watch the sunset and well stocked. It is a short drive into the town of Rincon and has a great location to explore the area. I can’t wait to go back.

Great House and stay

We can’t thank Daniel enough for the great stay at his beautiful home. Everything was as described, I was given a list which was invaluable, the things to do and places to eat listed were amazing. Two of my children took surf lessons at the home with a recommended individual and they truly had a an amazing experience. Daniel responded immediately to any question we had and made sure do follow up. My parents were native to PR and was very fortunate to take my children and husband to visit and give them a great experience.

Perfect family getaway

This bungalow was perfect for our family! The living area is open concept and the bedrooms are spacious. The third bedroom/bath are downstairs in a little studio (which our teen loved). The enclosed private yard is ideal for bbqs and cocktails. The house is fully stocked with all the beach essentials (towels, chairs, toys and snorkeling gear). Both the owner and the property manager were readily available for questions and to address any issue. Beach access is a two minute walk and you are a 5 minute drive from other gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. Overall, great vacation spot in Rincon.

Tres Amigos is a great surf house that is perfectly located right along the beach in Rincon.

Tres Amigos is a super house right on the main surf road in Rincon, a short walk to the beach. The house is within easy walking distance of Maria's Beach and also Dogman's, both of which are super surfing spots for surfers of varying levels. The house is great fun, comfortable, clean, and cozy. It was perfect for us, a family of four, with two teenage boys. There is a standalone apartment on the first floor which would be great for a second couple or some additional teenage friends. The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs and snorkel gear. Danny and his wife, as hosts could not have been more helpful, giving us a lot of tips on where to go, where to eat, where to rent a car. It was perfect, and we would definitely stay there again.

Tres Amigos was exactly as described! Perfect beach house!

My 81 year old Mom, 3 20's and I had a fantastic stay last week. We were there for a wedding at Tres Palmas ( who did an amazing job) and we are so glad we were staying there. It was very clean, great beach access and close to everything. The best part for me was that the property owner,Daniel, was so responsive to every question I had, from the moment I booked until the second I left. He was just great.The master bedroom was beautiful with amazing views of water , spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and living room had the water views too. Very sunny and large. The cab driver Peter from Rincon taxi was just as responsive as Daniel. I felt very safe the entire time.My sister and her four "kids" had the sister property just steps away. Tres Amigos is the perfect spot for a large family get-away. 5 mins or less from great beaches and restaurants.Thanks ,Daniel for all

Beautiful property - perfect for a family vacation!

We loved our visit to Tres Amigos! The property was easy to find, safe, well-stocked and incredibly clean. Ricon is a family- friendly town offering beautiful beaches, fun restaurants, boutique shopping and ample opportunities to surf, sail and paddle board. Danny provided a great listing of contacts for outside activities and places to visit around the area as well. We felt confident traveling with our family here and will 100% plan to stay at this house again! The house was perfectly maintained- the furniture felt new and the space offered plenty of room to entertain a larger family or several couples. If traveling with your family as we did, there is a separate downstairs cabana where adults might stay if wanting additional privacy - while the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs might serve as a separate space for teens and children to entertain themselves at the end of the day. The view from the upstairs back patio was gorgeous. We especially enjoyed watching the waves come in while eating breakfast on the balcony each morning. We are a family of surfers and the walk to a great spot out behind the house is a quick one. If traveling with younger children, a little walk down the beach to the left will take you to less rocky shores and/ or little inlet areas where the kids can safely snorkel too. Chairs, snorkel gear & towels are included! Our kids also especially loved laying in the hammock downstairs and hanging outside after the beach. Thank you again for a great visit!

Surfing, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach. Whipping up Pina Coladas and watching the sunsets from the upstairs porch and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean waves. Walking to Calypso, enjoying happy hour and then cooking out on the grill while the kids can watch football upstairs!
