3-18 hole golf courses on site, the beach is 3 minutes away. This fully furnished space has 2 large bedrooms with 4 beds that sleep 6 people and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a split king bed that can be pulled apart to make 2 smaller beds. All new kitchen appliances, full kitchen and amenities, new washer/dryer, 3 TVs, near shopping and dining. 1st floor, walk out to look over the 18 hole.

The 1 thing I would recommend is a book of some sort that contains a map of Sea Trail Plantation that includes the Activities Center, pools, tennis court & the Clubhouse. Also explains what the keycard is for. Nice and roomy accommodations.

Excellent weekend stay!

The property was well equipped, clean and spacious for our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Extremely convenient for the beach and excellent location and pool as well.

Wonderful stay!

Dianne was so helpful during our stay! She was quick to communicate and help us with anything we had questions about. The area around the property was also beautiful and the condo had everything we could ask for! Very comfortable and cozy stay!

A destination Wedding

This was the perfect place for what we needed!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful for one! However, it was a pleasant surprise when we got there and we found that the other room and bathroom was setup more like its own suite! Our 12 year old and his friend loved it! It was stoked with all the little things you may have forgotten and was just the perfect home away from home! We most definitely recommend staying here and if we ever making back to Sunset Beach again, I most definitely will be looking to book here again!!!

Beach Vacation

We stay in Sunset Beach every year. We needed a place to stay for a couple of days until we could check in to our beach rental. This was an excellent choice and had everything we needed. The place was updated and clean.

It was great!

The location is great, couldn't be closer to the beach unless staying on that side. The condo is more spacious than we expected, it's decorated really nice, lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable! I bring my own pillows wherever I travel though :) We'd love to stay here again.

A home way from home

Our family had an enjoyable stay here. It was spacious for the a family of five. The home had a lot the necessities we would normally need like a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Also the home being on the first floor was an extra bonus!

Great location

The condo is very comfortable and clean. Great location and easy drive to Sunset Beach. Please note the owner does not supply shower soap or shampoo. We were not aware until we needed to take a shower in the morning.

Family trip

My family came down to visit for a couple of days ….to start. They were enjoying the beach and condo so much they added two more days. Dianne was great to work with in all the confusion of the additional requests and the condo was just as described.

Very clean!

This condo was very convenient and close to everything. We cut our trip short had alittle bit to do with the king mattress in the master bedroom it was very hard and the pillows were too… also needed more towels and washcloths had to wash a load while we were there just 2 days. Overall the condo was very clean and decorated very nice!

Beautiful with some hiccups

Overall, the condo is beautiful and super close to Sunset Beach. Also conveniently located on the 18th hole of Sea Trail golf course with a relaxing back porch. Our check-in was set for 4pm but we were notified after the fact that we would need to wait because of delays with the cleaning. We were delayed by about 2 hours. It was clear the cleaning was rushed which was disappointing given we are charged a cleaning fee. Extra towels are also not provided. The main bedroom has a loud fan, gets really warm, and does not have curtains to block out the sunrise/heat. There were some other technical difficulties, but Dianne was super responsive and helped make the rest of our stay enjoyable.

Nice condo for family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owner was responsive to questions before and during our stay. It is so much nicer to deal with an owner vs a management company. As is the condo is spacious, comfortable and met our needs for our stay. The owner is going to be making some upgrades that will make this condo an even better option when visiting Sunset Beach. The double unit layout is great when traveling with teenagers as it gives them their own space to hangout or watch TV, etc. It would also work well for adults wanting to stay together with an option of added privacy. This section of Sea Trail is quaint and quiet, but close to the beach, pool, activity center, the golf course clubhouse and nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We prefer Sea Trail and Sunset Beach because it feels less touristy and more residential. It is a great place to visit in-season, but especially off-season. We plan to come back again and rent this condo again. Can’t wait to see the upgrades! Thank you for a great stay and vacation with our family!
