PETS
Pre-screened pets are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $95. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, and out of the pool and hot tub.

SPA/HOT TUB HEATING – INCLUDED IN YOUR RATE
POOL HEATING AVAILABLE $150/day, available 10am to 8pm
- You may want to heat the pool in the winter months.

- One (1) Bath Towel and Pool Towel provided per guest.

SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at the front door and yoga room for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns.
