Sonny and his wife have created a very functional retouched beach apartment. He is a retired army vet and pilot that would like for you to enjoy their beach spot while he is away. The unit is fully functional and comfortable for two. the best location and the best price tag for it.

Isla Verde is a beach front neighborhood with many hotels and restaurants. We also live in the neighborhood and we enjoy running in the beach every morning, the pool is usually empty which we enjoy from time to time.

You can walk or use uber as it is very cheap to get around using uber than taxis/ and at times car rental. There is no parking spot in the building. Free parking on the street. You are responsible to find parking if you have a car/rented one.
