Beautifully updated, three bedroom, two bath ground floor corner unit with direct access to the beach and pools. Additional access via sliding glass door with Ocean sounds to lull you to sleep.

-Master Bedroom king bed w/50 inch Flat screen smart TV

Well stocked Kitchen includes stainless appliances with Stove/Oven, Microwave/Range, Refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, Cookware, silverware, glasses and dishes, Keurig Coffee maker, Crock pot, wine glasses, blender and mixer.

Living/Dining area includes 2 sliding glass doors with views of the beach to the east and west, 50 inch Flat Smart TV, large sectional sofa that converts to a double bed, reclining chair, dining table seats 5 comfortably, in addition there are 3 seats at the kitchen bar.

Seaside amenities include:
2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness facility, steam room, sauna, meeting space, large grassy common area with charcoal grill access, tennis courts, picnic tables as well as onsite security.

Our Favorite Place

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Stunning views combined with cozy decor and spotless cleaning makes this our family’s favorite place. Since our first stay, it’s the only place we stay! We will literally plan our trip around the availability of this condo. It’s become our home away from home!

Excellent Thanksgiving at Seaside

We enjoyed our holiday at Seaside very much! The unit was updated, well equipped, cheery and very convenient!! It had a great view of the beach and beautiful surroundings.

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here. With it being on the ground level made it easy to get to both the beach and pools without having to deal with an elevator. The condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We would live to stay again in the future.

This condo is a dream and owners are great! Clean, pretty, comfortable furniture, absolute perfect location for all ages! Convenience to pool and beach is excellent! No elevators the entire vacation! :)) 5 Stars all around!

Very enjoyable

Wheelchair would not go in bathroom and no grab bars in shower. Otherwise it was clean and nice. I would stay again.

Love the first floor convenience of this condo. Just steps from both pools---one literally in our backyard. :) And beach so close! Nice updated unit with well stocked kitchen utensils. Would easily recommend to others. Not a complaint on this unit but other units' occupants of this complex were throwing trash/food/items over balconies. Too bad people don't respect the property. There is good security presence on the premises.

Pros/Cons List

Pros: *The location was superb!!! *All needed appliances (e.g., blender, crockpot, etc.) and cookware were provided. *The owner was a pleasure to deal with. *Security was always walking around checking on things such as the pools. Cons: *the space was smaller than the pictures depicted (no one’s fault there). *The cleanliness of the condo wasn’t up to my standards, however. For example, we changed the air filter because it was caked in dust and there was dust on the curtains in the kitchen, on the ceiling in the master bedroom as well as the baseboards throughout the condo. In addition, there was lots of sand under the master bed. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing too (in my opinion). Things like this may not bother some people, however. *The dryer took forever to dry the clothes (had to turn it on 3 times to get the clothes dry). Yet, I believe the owner is taking care of this issue. *Lastly, it might be helpful if a list of items not supplied were listed (e.g., trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.)

Heather's Haven, perfect location

Have renter here before and will definitely be back. My family loves the location, ground floor is so convenient. Heather is always great if there's any thing that needs attention and always available. Loved the upgrades especially enjoyed the sofa since I am recuperating from illness. I had to keep up my dialysis schedule and I have to spend time sitting since my mobility is limited for now. Could brag on Heather's Haven all day, almost perfect in every way
