The decor and furnishings in the living room are comfortable and contemporary. The living room features comfortable leather furniture. Cook your favorite meals like you never left home in the exquisitely designed kitchen with all the necessary appliances. During the evenings, challenge each other to a game on the vintage arcade system or whip up a sweet snack in the secondary kitchen. This kitchen features a gas stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Only minutes away, downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Dock details: Please Note: Boat Lift is NOT available for guest use. This home is NOT pet friendly under any circumstance.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
