This beautiful stilt home overlooks Copano Bay to the West and Port Bay to the South. You'll wind your way down Cape Velero Drive, as you watch the shore birds wade in the tidal pools, to your home away from home. As you pull into the drive, the area under the home instantly invites you to hang out with family and friends. Picnic tables, a pellet smoker and a chair swing entice you to play in the bay breeze. After a day at the beach, wash off those sandy toes with one of the garden hoses available for your use.

Lighted stairs lead you to the front door where you'll want to take a moment to enjoy the water view from the rocking chairs that overlook Copano Bay. Just inside the front door, you'll find baskets filled with fuzzy blankets that'll have you ready to curl up on one of the large leather sofas or kick back on the soft microfiber sand-colored sofa and enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV, especially after a long day at the beach or fishing.

This open-concept home features a dining table to seat six, plus additional seating at the kitchen island. The counters are solid granite, and the appliances are stainless steel. You'll have all you need to cook up a delicious meal for the family, or just pack some snacks for the day, using the double-door refrigerator. In the morning, put the Keurig coffee brewer to work and start your day with a quiet cup out on the balcony as the sun comes up.

Once the babies are dreaming, sneak out on the balcony through the sliding glass door of the primary bedroom for a night cap or glass of wine at the table and watch the stars reflect off the water. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed where you'll sleep comfortably, and wake refreshed for another fun-filled day on the coast. If an evening glass of wine doesn't suit you, then consider a soak in the jetted bathtub or a long hot shower in the walk-in shower with dual rain-type shower heads in the primary bath.
