Scottsdale Gem - Remodeled, Pool, Hot Tub

Newly renovated house in the heart of Scottsdale! Open floor plan with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two have king beds and the third has a queen. They all have plenty of storage space and each room has a television. The Master is on the opposite side of the house, has a newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower and has its own entry to the beautiful backyard. Each bathroom is stocked with new plush towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The backyard has a beautiful pool with baja shelf and is heated upon request for no additional fee. There is also a separate hot tub to enjoy during cooler evenings, as well as a gas grill, fire pit, plenty of seating and an outside television.

If you are coming to stay for any of the main events in Scottsdale (Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, etc), this is a great location!

Just under 3 miles to Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find dozens of great restaurants and excellent shopping

Quick access to 101 & 51 freeway

20 minutes to old town Scottsdale

25 minutes to Phoenix Airport

This home was very clean, comfortable and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect. We enjoyed the comfy beds, the quiet neighborhood, the pool privacy, easy check in, excellent host communication and the location was close to many restaurants, shopping and museums. It was an ideal place for our family of 4 to have a long weekend together. Thank you! We will be back!

Scottsdale Sanctuary

We loved our weekend at this property. Hosts were great. House was clean and upgraded. The pool was phenomenal. The TV and recliners were great for watching sports. Beds were comfy. No complaints at all. Can't wait to return.

October 2024 Stay

Property was perfect. Had everything you could want. Most loved the outside with pool, fire pit, hot tub, TV and portable speakers. Made breakfast out side every morning on the oversized Blackstone. Absolutely will stay here again!

Fabulous

I'm hesitant to give this such a great review because I'd like to keep it my little secret. I'd hate for it to get too popular. But, that wouldn't be fare to Alicia and Chip...or to you. HA! This house is absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The time we spent at the house was spent outside at the pool. And while we didn't cook or grill, there was everything there needed to do so. Including a Blackstone grill and a Traeger. In addition to the beautiful home, Alicia was a pleasure to communicate with. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants and GREAT shopping nearby. We will most DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you Alicia and Chip for sharing your home with us!

Quick Getaway for Barrett Jackson

The property was as described and the owners are very quick to respond on any and all issues or questions. The pool and hot tub were very clean and heated for the cool AZ winter evening swims. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Property!

Great house and even better hosts. This property has so many great amenities and it is close to everything you would need. Shopping, restaurants, golf and lots to do with your family. Would highly recommend staying here. When we return to Arizona we will choose this house.

Close to everything, backyard oasis!

Awesome home on a quiet street, has everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and updated inside, the kids made full use of the hot tub and (heated) pool in December, along with the games in garage! Other than our excursions to Grand Canyon and Slide Rock, everything else was under a 30 minute drive from the home--airport, Camelback, nearby mall/restaurants, etc. Well explained procedures for arrival & departure, great appliances & outdoor grill, and great communication with the hosts. Only hiccup was a technical one (wifi went down) but it was fixed quickly. Weather was awesome, wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for us. The location was ideal and we enjoyed a few days by the pool and in the hot tub after long hikes. Will be back!

Great house and amenities!

A great house with great amenities! Enjoyed having a blackstone and a smoker to cook meals at the house. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of space to at the house to hangout and enjoy the weather.

Everything was perfect for our stay, from location to cleanliness. The home had all we needed and then some. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great house to rent.

Beautiful Getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It is has everything! The furnishings inside and outside were so nice and very comfortable. The bed was also extremely comfortable and had great linens. The backyard was a perfect little oasis, very private, great pool and hot tub and we really enjoyed relaxing on the nice patio. We can't wait for our next stay there.

Even better than the pictures

We walked in the front door and everyone said, "Wow!" For some reason, even though we had seen the pictures many times, we weren't expecting our initial reactions. This home is so beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The booking process for this home was super easy, and communication with the owner, Alicia, was beyond excellent from the beginning through the entire trip. She was very responsive whenever we had a question. We always prefer to rent from private owners because they seem to care much more for their guests and their properties than a corporate entity, and this was definitely the case here. Our party consisted of my husband and I, our 15 year-old son, and our 9 year-old daughter. We could have easily had two more kids with us, as there was a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen in the 3rd. Bathrooms are quite large, and there were plenty of closets to store our things. We loved all the furnishings, and amenities. The landscaping is fantastic and the backyard felt tropical, including an orange tree with delicious, juicy fruit! The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit, along with the game room where we all had foosball, air hockey, and basketball competitions. So FUN! We utilized the kitchen a lot, and there was an outdoor griddle, and smoker on the patio. Everything has been thought of for your comfort in this home. There is a giant park a block away with a huge playground we played at too. Thanks, Alicia for making our vacation worry-free!

Cozy Oasis

This was our first trip to Scottsdale and this cozy oasis made us fall in love! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals, however, this was our best experience by far. The owners made the entire process very easy and were timely with communication and responses. The home is immaculate, even better than pictured, and we settled right in. The sleep number bed in the master was hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in outside my own with an awesome master shower! There are huge TVs throughout the house including one outside, a fully stocked kitchen, a Blackstone grill, and a Traeger pellet smoker. The outdoor space is perfect and has everything you could need for your own private getaway including a heated pool, hot tub, numerous seating areas, and breathtaking landscape complete with an orange tree. It is so quiet; you would never know you are in a neighborhood! The property is located within a 15-20 min drive to multiple trailheads, restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. We will be booking AGAIN!

Beautiful house and even better backyard

We greatly enjoyed our Thanksgiving break here and would definitely come back. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for fun. Our kids had a blast in the pool, and the Mrs. and I enjoyed some now hard to remember (lol) nights in the hot tub. We had to reach out for some assistance twice, however received responses right away. The owner was very responsive to my texts the first days while we were getting situated, and also checked in on us twice. She recommended Grimaldi's for pizza, and if you like pizza, definitely go!
