Apple Tree Oneonta - NEW RENOVATION in 2020. Apple Tree Oneonta is an immaculate 2 bedroom home less than a mile from All Star Village in a residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located near restaurants, a 24 / 7 fitness center, and a community swimming pool.

A covered rear patio provides a welcoming area for outside dining and relaxing. A pleasant backyard provides an ideal place for children to play or a place to practice catching skills. The front entry area has a Foosball table and a sunroom in the back entry area is a quiet, comfortable space for reading or relaxing.

The spacious eat-in kitchen is a favorite gathering place. This immaculate home features a queen bedroom and a double bedroom. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, a fold-out sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping for 2. The bath is off the hallway and has a tub and a shower.

Perfect for All Star Village

Great spot for All Star Village

This property was located right around the corner from All Star Village which made going back and forth during the week a breeze. There were three of us that stayed at the property, my wife, our daughter and me. And it had everything that we needed. The only downside was the sound of the vans backing up around midnight at the business next door. The host was very friendly and prepared everything that was needed at the house and more.

Amazing!

This place has everything you need! From the bag of ice to a wagon, stadium seats, and cooler you won’t be disappointed. On top of having everything you didn’t know you needed, the proximity to All Star Village makes renting here so awesome. You’re about 2 minutes from the fields. It’s also very clean and taken care of. We have siblings coming back in 2 years and we will definitely rent here again. Thank you!!

Ideal on all fronts

This house exceeded expectations, providing comprehensive amenities and functionality. Aside from the ideal location for participating in events at the All-Star Village, the house also has all that is needed to make the experience manageable (wagon, stadium seats, coolers, etc). Not only have they thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable, the proprietor Beth was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Great little home!!

We stayed here for Cooperstown week 10 and it was great! This house is a quaint, clean, and had so many cute little touches to enhance our stay. A nice open kitchen, big yard and cute porch were just a few of the things we really liked. Probably the biggest advantage was the location of this house! It was right around the block from the All Star Village. Perfect for coming and going in between games when my daughter needed a break from the field all day. I highly recommend this house and thank you to the owners for making our stay such a pleasant one! 🍎

Quiet Cute Appletree

We loved our stay at Appletree. It was perfect for our family of 4 while we watched our son play at All Star Village. The home is equipped with everything needed and the backyard is beautiful. I don’t think there is a home closer to ASV than Apple Tree.

Sweet home away from home!

Perfect!!!!!

Apple tree Oneonta was the perfect place for us. Clean, spacious yet cozy, great outdoor space, had everything you could think of and more. The hosts were amazing and friendly and were willing to work with me on check in time. The location of the property was within walking distance to convenience stores for quick snacks. We were in the area for ASV and it was a quick 2 min drive. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
