The living area features a sleeper sofa, hightop table set with additional seating at the kitchen bar, as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Guests can access the private patio through sliding glass doors.

The kitchen features white and stainless appliances, a granite top bar and all you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

The bedroom area feautres a queen bed, shiplap accent wall, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from The Breakers. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are directly adjacent to the Breakers. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available on the beach directly in front of The Breakers. Bicycle rentals are available just a short walk away. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Parking in the complex is limited to 1 vehicle pass per villa.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
