Find yourself at peace at the BRAND NEW Clear Creek Retreat. This all custom tiny home is not so tiny! It has 12-foot ceilings, a wall of windows, natural lighting, and nearly every amenity you could ever want. Come experience this new home for 2022 and enjoy the surrounding nature. The home is steps from Clear Creek and the Razorback Greenway. Outdoor living space wraps around the property including a 300 sq. ft custom deck. Relax in the spacious custom tile shower with a waterfall showerhead and 10 different modes! Get the best night's sleep in our Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed.
We have a fully equipped home with everything you need for a long weekend or even longer stay! You will love staying at our BRAND NEW home. The Clear Creek Retreat was completed in September 2022.

⮕ Ideal for 2 guests but accommodates up to 5. The couch folds down for one adult or two kids and we have an air mattress available upon request.

Perfect cycling hideaway

My husband and I stayed to ride the Razorback Greenway. This was the ideal hideaway - right off the trail, quiet location, plenty of room with outside decks and seating areas. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend getaway for the parents

Stay was great! Clean as well as the owners could keep it I believe. I think the front door isn’t sealed well in a spot, so there was some outdoor stuff on the floor just inside the door that I vacuumed up when we got there, saw more the next day, so I’m assuming it’s a seal problem. Beautiful, clean, spacious for the size of the home.

Would definitely stay again! If location and neighborhood had been separate questions I would have given location 5 stars because it was very convenient to food, shopping and interstate but, the neighborhood would get 3 stars because it’s in an older, slightly rundown area.

Cozy place to land

I absolutely loved this place! I was in town for several days working night shifts. The bed was super comfy and the quiet neighborhood and blackout curtains made it perfect for day sleeping. It also had every kitchen gadget and creature comfort you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again next time my job takes me to NWA!

Perfect spot and so clean to everything we did!

My best friend and I were having a girls weekend, going to the local Therapods Spa and relaxing and I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house! And this is an extremely spacious and beautiful modern home, which did not seem tiny at all!!! It was absolutely perfect for us, and 5 minutes from everything we did this weekend, so it could not have been in a more perfect location! Very comfortable sleep number bed and wonderful shower! Did I mention beautiful? It truly was and it had all the amenities needed! We had no need to cook, but most definitely could have! Nice size kitchen with full size appliances! You can not go wrong staying here! We will be returning the next time we are in this area!

We put a lot of thought into this vacay spot and months of work with our own two hands into this property to make it extra enjoyable. As the night rolls on, light a fire in our fire pit, and when it's time to head indoors, we have plenty of board games to keep you busy.

We love our Arkansas home but we headed south to warmer weather for the winter months. However, we pride ourselves in impeccably clean homes and unmatched hospitality. The Clear Creek Retreat is a labor of love for us. After purchasing the property with a giant backyard, we decided to make better use of the space and create an accessory dwelling unit for additional guests to enjoy our gorgeous setting and prime location. The house plans were designed by an architect in New York City as a custom home for a couple in Portland Oregon. The original house built off the plans won the 2019 Whole House Design Award for its size category in the Portland Parade of Homes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This tiny house is unique because we did a lot of the work ourselves. We worked as general contractors to supervise the project from September 2021-September 2022. After the drywall was done, we made all the finishes happen. From paint to cabinets, siding to landscaping, to tile and vanity installation, we did it all. We couldn't have done it without incredible help from our families and a few subcontractors along the way. Our favorite areas of the house include the 300 square foot wraparound deck, firepit area, spacious tile shower, and the heavenly sleep number bed. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did designing it!
