Host responded quickly to questions. Check in was easy. Property was clean. Rooms were very comfy! Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of towels and blankets. We didn’t get to use it, but the backyard is huge!!! Overall, a great stay! Would certainly recommend.

This house was a perfect space for our group to attend the University of Arkansas game and attend fall activities in the area. I would definitely rent this house again. The host was very good at communicating.

This is a great alternative to a hotel. It is on a quiet street and only 15-20 mins from campus. We enjoyed having the extra space in the living room, and we cooked breakfast every morning. The host is very responsive, and we were in contact several times throughout the weekend.

Very nice stay

The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the highway. The walls are fairly thin and I was (falsely) accused of snoring, but other than that, no concerns at all with the house. Very clean and well kept.

My brother and I came to town for a family reunion and stayed at this property. Everything was great! Very clean, well laid out, quiet street (dead end), left us bottled water, etc. I had a few communication/questions with the owner going in and he was very communicative and was very focused on making our stay a good experience. Recommend!

This house was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving trip. The house was clean and well stocked with miscellaneous things you may need. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a cute kitty that welcomed us as soon as we opened the door to our truck. I think the only thing we would add is maybe some area rugs as the entire house is tile. Communication before and after our stay was great. We had no reason to reach out during our stay but I assume with the fast responses before and after, they are on top of anything you will need. I will definitely be reaching out to book for our next family visit.

Comfortable and convenient

We were in town for graduation and this house fit our needs very well. It is well mainyained and had extras that were nice to have. The back yard and beautiful weather were a plus. The house is very close to the University and other popular areas to visit. The neighborhood is quiet but the area is quite a bit older. Would recomend this property. The neighborhood is

Wonderful quiet clean

We came to town for a Razorback game and this property was perfect for our stay! Nice quiet clean neighborhood as well as house was very neat, clean and tidy! Nicely furnished and not cluttered! We had exactly what we needed. They also had coffee pods which was nice to not have to go to the store to buy coffee for a quick stay! Communication with owners was easy with quick response time! Would stay here again!

Tammy and her guests were amazing, they left everything tidy and followed the house rules. Truly some guests that everyone wants to have. They left too soon, we hope to have them home once again. You will be welcome again.

Great Host

The host was very quick to reply. She checked on us to see if everything was going well. There was an odor in the house that we couldn’t get rid of. We opened the windows and doors, but every time we closed up the house it returned.

VRBO Home During a Local Move

I was in need of a home during a local move and this place fit the bill! My sons and I had a very nice stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. The boys enjoyed the big fenced in backyard. The owner reached out to check in and see if we needed anything. Staying here put me super close to my work, restaurants, and kid activities. There’s a full size washer and dryer for all laundry needs. All of the appliances are nice and great TVs in living room and bedrooms. The house is located on a quiet street. All in all we had an excellent stay!
