POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

Guests are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. HOA rules apply. Maximum overnight occupancy is 2 people.

Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (amazon packages OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell camera and temperature control guidelines.

All guests must maintain their primary residence elsewhere and provide a valid government issued ID's showing proof of primary address for all occupants before checking-in. Hosts will greet guests with-in 24-48 hours on site to review the house rules.

Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host).

All bikes stored at this property are the responsibility of the guest(s) at their own risk and liability. Bikes are not to be stored inside the condo - Guest(s) must take full responsibility to ensure bikes are kept secure in the onsite bike storage.
