The first floor of this home feels like its own little slice of paradise. With a separate entryway, this efficiency-style guest room is fully equipped with a dining area, kitchenette, and living room. Guests can relax on the queen sleeper sofa, comfy couch, or 2 leather armchairs. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Murphy bed.

The spacious second floor houses the main living area, kitchen, and dining room that opens to cathedral ceilings and large picture windows. This space will take your breath away with its beautiful golden-brown flooring and cozy furnishings—2 plush linen sofas and 2 matching armchairs. From the living room, guests can access the screened-in porch with Gulf views that separates 2 other private bedroom balconies.
